  We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Grant, Jes, Leigh Ann, and the entire team at Symple Loans. We sold our house in Aurora, CO and our goal was to close on a home in Denver within 30 days... They were able to make what seemed impossible (at least in this hot Denver market), look like a piece of cake. This included taking our calls and answering our emails sometimes after hours and on weekends. It is evident that they are passionate and really enjoy helping others. We are now closing on our home in time for the holiday season. Thanks Team!

  Grant really help make our dreams of purchasing a home for our family a reality. I have a very complicated credit situation with businesses and student loans.   We refinanced our house with Grant Hickman at Premier Mortgage. The whole process was smooth. Communication was top notch, I felt like I got replies to emails before I even sent them. We were able to get the whole thing done in about 3 weeks. I highly recommend Grant if you are looking for financing a purchase or refinancing your existing loan.

  If you are looking for an experienced, knowledgeable and friendly team to work for and with you, look no further. As a first time home buyer, this was a scary and exciting journey. Grant and his associates were there every step to walk me through the process; they made sure I had everything in at the right time, took care of navigating everything and fielded my inexperienced questions with no hesitation or resistance AND in terms I could understand. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
