Samantha Sproles1I am extremely frustrated with the person working the drive-through at the Main Street branch in Longmont. I gave the teller my ID, debit card, and withdrawal slip through the tube. When I received the tubs back, all my things were in one envelope. I did not open the envelope. I drove to my other bank, one block away, then opened the sealed envelope at that drive-through only to realize my debit card was not in there! So I drove one block, back to Premier members to retrieve my debit card. I checked the same drive-through tube that was at before calling the teller. All she did was blame me For losing the debit card! I kindly explained to her the situation, and she refused to even look on her end for my card! Not for one second was she even willing to help me by looking inside the branch. I have filed a formal complaint through customer service!

Anthony Strzelec5Desiree a front teller was VERY NICE when she called and apologetized for a ONE QUARTER error that she made when handing out cash after a slightly tricky transaction involving cashing a check, using part of it to pay off a loan, and then a small amount of cash back. I know she had to call but she was very nice and very apologetic and a exceptional teller! 🙂

William Garrison4After years of banking with Boulder Valley Credit Union, they were bought by Premier. Service was very corporate and terrible compared to BV. But things have improved. My recent experiences have been good with friendly staff and support during loan applications. Can't give them five stars yet. Maybe when they complete the transition to new online software they'll get an extra star.

ES Hegel5I have been with this credit union for 20 years and they have bent over backwards for me and have done nothing but deliver excellent customer service every time I felt like the sky was falling and the world was crashing down around me. They were always there to help me and provide the support that I very much needed as I learned how to manage my finances better. Their loan officers are amazing! They have done a fabulous job helping me deal with my school loans, credit cards, financial planning etc. I don't understand why people are giving this bank or even this branch a bad rap because like I said I have been with this bank for about 20 years and they are like family and they treat me like family too. I know when I walk in through those doors, they will help me. I have never left disatisfied with their customer service or help. Their tellers always greet you with a smile and are quick to offer aid when I look stuck or clueless on how to proceed. Love this credit union! I don't see my husband and I ever leaving them! Oh and he was with this credit union for about the same time period long before we even got married. So when we did get married and merge our accounts, it was super easy and dare I say, fun! These people are great and I am always leaving their smiling because I just finished hanging with my second family and got my financial business in order. I have yet to see the same degree of love, customer help, and support from anywhere else!

Collyn Falzitto2Online banking has been down causing quite the head ache just trying to do quick transactions. Currently have to drive towns away to get to the bank or sit on the phone for what seems like an hour going over papers. The supposed return was Oct 27th posted on the online banking website. Its now Nov 11th and still zero update on why they cant get it started.

Jarrod Reno1Complete joke. Horrible customer service when Ive had questions regarding my loan, credit card, or any type of overdraft protection. Their app is horrible, half the time I can’t log in. Their phone access is also ridiculous. It used to work fine but recently is asking for a secondary passcode which we were never asked to set up. They have monthly transfer limits when transfering from savings to checking. When on the phone or in person at a branch I’m treated like an idiot for simply asking questions. Not sure how we’ve lasted 10 years with them but we’re finally at our last straw and changing banks, it’s just a pain to do so.

sean m1Ive been here over 20 years. terrible customer service now with the new online services. if i could put a zero i would. Heres why, Don't bother putting money into an emergency fund, there are so many restrictions on how much money you can touch. Ive had to call in every month to get my debit card unlocked. Nothing like going out to get groceries and have your card declined and act locked up. embarrassing when you DO have the money. screw this place. I'm taking my money elsewhere and you should too before you experience a situation that can be prevented. do yourself a favor and go to a bank. this credit union is a joke

Ahh Ah1Dont come here OR elevations for a debit card. They give you the option to DECLINE overdrafts so your card doesn't go negative but none of their accounts actually work with this feature. Kids accounts, student accounts, adult accounts; they will let all of these accounts overdraft even if you ask them not to. Oh AND they wont tell you about it until its overdrawn for like a month and you've already been charged 3 ($35)fees. Also will just tell you it's your fault even though you set the account up specifically to NOT overdraft.
