  I called hoping to get a loan so I could move and I was approved almost instantly with the help of Carrie. She was very courteous and friendly. I applied online and almost immediately Carrie their representative called me to verify information and to obtain more information. I gave her all the information she needed and said she would be in touch by noon so I could see if I got approved and if I did, so that I could e-sign all the documents. Even though she didn't have to, she called me a few minutes later to notify me that I had been approved and that at noon she would call me so we could go through the whole process together. Lo and behold, at exactly noon, she called and walked me through all the steps needed to close the loan. Carrie was very helpful and I was grateful to have her help me along the way. I definitely will recommend OneMain in Longmont and I will definitely tell everyone to speak with Carrie so that she can help others like she helped me.

  I just left OneMain Financial as a happy man. Carrie help me get $2,000, when I really needed it. I just moved to Longmont, CO from Tampa, FL. Carrie is a awesome, caring, and loyal woman. I highly recommend you go to her if you need some financial help.

  Carrie is the absolute best!!!! I highly recommend working with this team! Great service, very friendly, upfront and honest and absolutely professional. I walked out feeling great and knew I was taken care of. Thanks Carrie!

  Completely useless. Started the process on a Monday. For 5 days told they would call me back. Never happened once. Only 1 loan officer in the building apparently so when they don't show up no one else is qualified to help you. Complete waste of time and they dinged my credit doing so. Wouldn't recommend to anyone

  I walked in for a loan evryone was so nice until i came across Carrie or something like that her name is. Shes a older caucasian lady She said i was not approved for my loan Because I lied she asked me how much I made a year on the phone and when I walked in she said i was not approved for not making enough. That she had asked me how much i made a month. She didn't even gave me a chance to explain to her that it was a misunderstanding and just said have a nice day and just walked away. So i tryed to talk to her and all she said was thank you thank you. Very unprofessiona didn't even want to talk to me. TBH i kinda felt discriminated.

  Wish I would have read the reviews before engaging with this branch. Negative marks for customer service alone. While there may be other individuals who have decent communication skills within the branch, “Just Carrie” certainly does not. Seeking a loan in general—but ESPECIALLY in these times—is delicate territory. I am incredibly put off by the condescension I was met with. Further, the inability (or unwillingness) to discuss the screening questions I had answered with another agent previous to my scheduled verification appointment was shocking. I inquired as to the accuracy of the answers she had on record and she wold not even verify—AFTER I corrected one of her false statements. I was informed prior to my appointment that everything was set and all that remained was signing. A customer would naturally have questions when informed that the loan approval one was assured was false. It would be a natural assumption to think my review is out of spite for denial, but that would be incorrect. I have worked with OneMain Westminster in the past and had a very pleasant customer experience. I have been recently denied by another lender who handled the situation with professionalism, class and grace. I cannot day the same for Just Carrie at the Longmont branch. She was flat-out rude. I am left with many questions and a very negative impression.

  “Just Carrie” I had the best customer service by you and along with the laughter I have been a client with One Main for several years now and have always been treated wonderfully.
