  After a pretty extensive search to find a lender for our refi, we settled on Premier Lending and could not have been happier. Our loan originator was Chris Freitas and he provided numerous options for us to consider and worked closely with us to help us decide on the best one. Once we decided to move forward, we were approved the next day and had a clear to close in less than two weeks. Chris was very responsive to calls and emails and knowledgeable about all the options available. Highly recommend.

  Buying a property is always exciting but also stressful. Trusty help is always needed. We have the opportunity to work with Premier Lending and directly, with Elias Loredo, since the decision making process through the closing date. I am so glad we always had an honest person with great advices and trustful knowledge about each step we went through. Elias always had the time to answer our calls even during weekends and he was very empathetic and receptive with us all the time.

  Alexis VanLandingham is an angel. I wish I can give her more than just a 5 *****. She make my investment property refinance process so stress free. She guided me through the entire process. I feel that she was holding my hand every step of the way. She is very knowledgeable, explained every step of the process to me ,always had the time to answer my calls, emails, texts (a lot of them) even during nights and weekend. During this process I lost my sister( I needed to travel overseas) and we needed to put a hold to the process. Alexis was so empathetic and she shows so much compassion.
