  I had a listing and the buyer's lender had denied the loan. I contacted numerous lenders and mortgage brokers and Melinda was the only one who said she could do the loan. She and her team were able to complete the transaction in just 3 weeks. They were professional, responsive and kept all parties informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend them!

  I had such a wonderful smooth experience with Melinda and her staff. I have never had such a easy refi and closing. I had a difficult situation and Melinda and her staff made it seem so easy.   While in the process of purchasing a home I happened to come across Melinda and her company and it was one of the luckiest things that happened to me. Aside from getting me the lowest interest rate, after I had received quotes from four different companies, she seemed to be a personal assistant throughout the whole process. She was knowledgeable but more importantly, she seemed to care. She sat down and showed me the different options I had, was always available whenever I had a question or concern, worked tirelessly until my deal was done, was patient with me, and was with me until the day of closing. She always have me advice on what to be careful for, explained to me everything I would do or what I was signing and even steps I need to do once I closed on the house. I would refer her to anyone I know who is looking to buy a home and I am thankful for her service.
