  Drive through is the tight area but it's a little crowded & cramped. I gave the 3 stars because the employees & location are good. Hours could be 8 to 6 like it was once. I've been going here since it was a Washington Mutual location.

  No sense of urgency!! Went to this branch for a wire transaction and sit there for over 50 minutes while the gentleman that was to assist me talked football with another individual. I do not have that kind of extra time to waist and had to leave.

  Worst chase bank ever. Only one teller, only one old style walk up atm, and one at the drive through. This place needs an update.

  Great location have been coming here for few years. Last couple of years the staff has gone down. This location needs more staff as you have to wait for a long time before you could see a banker.

  No one is coming to the window for more than 30 mins. Customer in front of me went around and still no one. This is during normal business hours at noon on a Wednesday.

  Took more than an hour just to get notarized. Low staff has you waiting for an unreasonable amount of time.
