  I'm a little disappointed. I have been sick all week so I venture out to deposit my cash and I pull up to the bay at 556, open light is still lit up as well as the bay next to it. I sit there for 4-5 mins after pressing the call button. I watched as a worker walked back and forth and finally came to the window to let me know they were closed... even though it was open when I pulled in. So I drove to the ATM and their deposit option was not available so I went out for nothing.

  First Federal is amazing. Their employees are beyond any expectations. They are professional, kind, helpful and go out of their way to be of assistance. Their management team is wonderful. They all make banking a pleasure.

  Most courteous, helpful & caring employees of any bank I've ever been to! ..When I was out of state and called there, they always remembered who I was, even with all thier many other account holders!
