      This is the worse place to get a vehicle by far! You are only allowed to test drive your vehicle for 10 mins. I don`t know alot about vehicles so I had to use my better judgement because 10 mins isn`t enough time to drive it to a mechanic to see what is going on with a car. About four months ago I purchased the 2007 red Jeep Compass that is out on the lot. I had no problems with it until about four days after. The transmission was shot and nationwide did fix it. However, about two days after I received the vehicle back, it wouldn`t start again and it turns out that it was alternator. I called them and of course you can`t get your money back. I had them come pick the vehicle up. The vehicle is now back up and out to be purchased. After purchasing a 2010 Kia optima from them previously, I am very disappointed and upset that I couldn`t get any of the $2800 I paid to them back. Please look else where. It will save you a headache and lots of money!

      Chandila, I'm sorry you feel that you had a bad experience with us. I don't have any record of a 2007 Jeep Compass for you. But we did work really hard to help you with the KIA Optima to get it paid off. We made sure to take money off the balance for the receipts that you presented us with, and we tried to help make you happy with anything possible. Our goal is too make sure you are happy when you leave the lot and happy once you receive your title. Normal wear and tear are part of a used vehicle, and proper maintenance is required when purchasing a new or used vehicle from any lot. We repaired the transmission for you and also made sure to take money off your balance for the alternator. Most car lots, once you sign the "as is", they wouldn't even do that for you. Again, we are very sorry that you feel that we didn't give you our best.

      Should be a -5 star. Complete rip off, scammers with good looking garbage on their lot. 3 days into my new ride, it needed an engine. While in Their shop having (Nothing being done to it)they come up w some Lame Excuse why I had to resign my 5hr contract, stated they were honoring my original contract, yet took away the service warranty that Should Have covered the new engine that was NVR put in. Had to nerve to demand 2k extra AND they Also revoked the given price on my trade in! I took that pos home & Immediately the transmission went out. The day I told them to come pick up their trash, the truck had icicles on the INSIDE & the interior was covered in frost! And you know what these people had to say..."I can sell you a service warranty for 2k" Seriously?! 🤣😂 I took the $$ They wanted & went to Kia...got a 2019 w less than 300mi....w No Down Pymnt! 😁😊 still considering an attorney to deal w these ppl, just might be worth my time after Everything they did I Truly hope they rip off the WRONG Person Soon Hmmm..Interesting Response! Fraudulent, that's false. OK people, the majority of us are paid via direct deposit, when I asked the business owner about pay stubs, he gave me what he gave me. I Highly Doubt I'd stick around & commit to years of business w someone that I had tried to scam! 😂 And the ONLY contact I received from you ppl was a girl demanding I come make my "late payment" on a vehicle in YOUR Possession & the attempts to have me sign something Again....which attorney advised me Not to. The facts are : you tried to sell me garbage, you went back on your word Numerous time, & you scammed me out of as much $ as possible & attempted to get another 2k...bet you thought I'd fall for that too right 😂 and save a tree..stop sending me preapprovals And FYI...if you dropped a new engine in that dodge, you just might want to be honest on the title 😉

      Ms Rybak is forgetting a major detail that she gave us Fraudulent Paystubs, after admitting it she paid the extra $2000 down to switch to buy here pay here, yes we did put a engine in the vehicle at no cost to her if she continued the agreed upon contract, but after couple weeks she returned the vehicle due to supposed mechanical issues with the transmission, after days of multiple mechanics diagnosing the vehicle we found no problems, made several attempts to reach out to give the vehicle back but received no reply, I’m sorry you felt ripped off Ms Rybak but we went above and beyond to keep you in the vehicle of your choice even after the few road bumps. Customer service is our absolute priority, 60% of our business is repeat and referral customers if that doesn’t say something I don’t know what does. Have a blessed day Ms Rybak

      My experience was the BEST.. Al and Mo helped me and my son with every question we had and decisions we made. I purchased my 2nd car there and my son purchased his first car.       Paid off my 2003 Chevy Equinox in December.2017 why did they continue to overcharge me on the payments. Like 2 months, gave me a refund, 2 months later started having issues with the SUV, no heat during winter, had the thermostat replaced, flush and fill, now, engine still acting weird, so go to have it checked out had to replace head gasket, why when they dropped the engine it was full of nothing but engine stop leak! So you can't say they doctored the engine to last till last payment. I mean check engine light stayed on we wondered why, no leaks what so ever no where, till I had the radiator flush. Then here comes anti- freeze leak, so that made me assume head gasket sure enough, that's when we discovered the engine was full of nothing but stop leak. With the anti freeze leak I just thought maybe it was a hose, nope, just to think I was going to refer my grandkids. I bought 2 vehicles from them, the first one caught my house on fire because it! Caught on fire just got rid of a Trailblazer from them gas tank leak that was patched up I tried to give them benefit of the doubt cause what else can you do? Can afford the payments, and the down payment but damn, at least sell something worth paying for! This is where they get you at INTEREST
