  My wife and I recently purchased a 2016 Terrain from Sara at City wide. It was one of the easiest buying experiences I've ever had. At no point did I feel any pressure. It was almost as if buying from a friend. I'm kind of dumbfounded at some of these reviews however you could tell city wide does the best job they can having vehicles in all price ranges. I think some of these negative reviews people were looking for brand new high-end vehicles at budget car price. I can tell you the 2016 we purchased from them literally looks like it just rolled off the new car lot. Only thing I think they do need is a beverage machine. sometimes it takes a little bit of time to do the paperwork and no place real close to get a drink if you're dying of thirst. I realize that's a silly request.
