  Temp Closed, even when it was open the only people that could use it was Rand employees, Rand must be paying the credit union mega bucks to stay at the location where no regular people can use the facility. Like other of the Premier America Branches that were in Govt Buildings they were either closed or moved so EVERY CUSTOMER of the Credit Union can use the branch. The closest branch to me could take me an hour each way in traffic.

Unfortunately, this is a security policy that Rand has implemented and we are unable to open up access to community members. We do greatly value your membership and understand it is an inconvenience to travel to another Premier America branch.   As others have said, it's closed to the public. The lack of accessible branches for PA in LA is a problem.

  My experience last week was excellent. True, accessing the interior of the credit union requires acquiring an ID and exercising some patience, but the poor rates from former years should be expunged. There are new people there and they were very kind, smiling and knowledgable in their execution of my business. And parking is not a problem, there is plenty of space underground.

  This location (Santa Monica branch) is no longer open to the public. Part of the reason I signed up with them was their location was convenient. Now I have to drive to Burbank from the Westside which is always a traffic burden.

  Please revisit the policy regarding the closure of the Santa Monica Branch. I am very dissatisfied as there are no other branches in the area for us on the Westside. This is unfair and unexpected.

  I didn’t realize that it was a secure location for the rand corporation. I was treated like a criminal and escorted off the property.

  On hold for over 30 minutes and counting. Not the first time I've had this happen with this credit union.
