  Never have I ever seen individuals who have worked so far & moved mountains for me in my entire time buying or dealing with any loans. These individuals Chris @Loan Services & Gerardo @Member Services worked off the clock, answered every question I had, helped me get approved for my brand new supercar. They were so intelligent, reasonable & quick to help me with the entire process. I could not have been more blessed to work with such qualified individuals. If management is reading this then they better know who to pick when it's time to move them up the ladder ;)

  I have been a member for over 50 years. At one point I had over 6 and avg. account of 6 figures. With that I should be treated like a real customer but I am being treated like a non member, The bank upgraded there on-line banking system and they added Zelle to move money This was back in January its now the end of April and I still can not use it. I cant even use the Zelle stand alone system. They say I am not the only one but they have not given me any proof of that. I'm sorry I do not have perfect credit but that should not keep me from being able to use Zelle. i am losing business because some of my perspective clients only pays by Zelle. One of the bank representatives told me to tell my perspective clients to use pop money. Most people have not herd of pop money.

  Great interest rates on CD's. Nice staff, but it does take a long time to get anything done.

  Excellent bank for those who want to commit fraud! The bank refuses to confirm if a letter with their letterhead and my account information as the receiving end of the transaction is legitimate or not. My request to Supervisor Megan was very simple, please confirm if their is a pending transaction with my routing number and account number.

  It takes the better part of a month for them to replace a card they cancelled (someone managed to use my card number half a world away and now I'm dealing with the consequences). They make it impossible to find their minimum no-fee balance on checking accounts. It's actually impossible to find any of the terms associated with ANY of the accounts you already have with them. And I sent them a "secure message" on their site about all of this and no one has responded despite a week going by. Once I was able to get in touch with a service representative they were very helpful getting past many of the problems I encountered and followed up with me over multiple days as they resolved. They took some of the feedback I offered and promised to work on fixing the issues and I'm hopeful they will.

  I've been a member for over 20 years and had great service for many years! Over the last 2 years I'm not sure what happened but Premier America credit behaves more like a bank every time I interact with phone center employee. Endless obscure security questions, no personal service, 15 minute plus hold times, etc. Their new "customer service" has finally forced me to move on and thank goodness my boyfriend has an account with Schools FirstCredit Union where we also do business. Out of loyalty I kept my Premier America account that that ends now!

  Premier America has been amazing - I have been a member for over 15 years now and I still find they beat or match the rates of all the competitors. I have financed about six different vehicles through them over the years, every time a smooth and easy process with great rates. I have a credit card with excellent rewards and much lower rates than typical for cards with good rewards. I also started a business in 2012 and was able to get a business loan. I have both a personal account and a business account. The website is very easy to use and they have a great app for the phone. Overall very satisfied, highly recommend Premier America.

  I really hate to write bad reviews but I have banked with Premier for years. Mostly in Santa Monica until I moved to the Valley. The staff here give you one answer one day and another the next. You could go in to the branch once a week and they treat you like they have never seen you before. Zero customer service skills. I tried to refer a friend and they even messed that up with mixed policies. One policy one day, another the next, and a completely different one posted on their website. I have given them numerous chances to win my business and now I am closing my account. I wont do big banking and I definitely won't do Premier America.

  Friendly, courteous, helpful... heck, they're like the Boy Scouts of credit unions! Definitely 5 stars, recommend to everyone. Don't just bank, use a credit union. Don't just use any credit, go with Premier America Credit Union. Service exceptional bar none!
