  Mark Wells and his team at Preferred Financial Services got me a great rate on a mortgage and were truly a pleasure to work with. The biggest factor for me in deciding whether to do business with someone is trust, and Mark Wells couldn't be more trustworthy. He is a high character, high integrity, man of his word. Mark and his team are very responsive, patient, and courteous. I cannot recommend them enough. If you need a mortgage in SC, Preferred Financial Services is the way to go!
