Matt Brown was who helped me that day, as well as of the employees I came into contact with made it the most easy and enjoyable day. They listened to what I wanted, and did not show me anything but that. I would recommend this dealer ship and Matt to any person buying their first car, to buying their 10th car. It has been about three months from when I bought my jeep, and my birthday just passed, not only was I called to be wished a happy birthday, but they also called to check and see how the Jeep was working for me. If I could give a better rating that 5 stars, I absolutely would. Make sure the next car you buy, you go visit Matt!

Timothy Morrison1UPDATE: Just to further show how this business doesn’t care about you as soon as they have your money. I reached out to the General Manager via email after their response to my first review. It just proved that they were interested in just making it look like they tried to make it right on social media . It’s been five days and I’ve not heard a peep back. They had no intentions on doing anything to correct their dishonest business. They just wanted to make it appear they cared. I hope that everyone who sees this takes my warning and shops somewhere else. As for me it’s too late. I’m going to leave a google review and pursue filing a report with better business. Please don’t make the same mistake I did!!! Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. Very dishonest. I decided to leave a review here because they keep deleting my comments off their current Facebook ad to try and coverup their dishonesty. They did not live up to any of the promises when negotiating the deal. A soft top was supposed to included with my Jeep purchase. When vehicle was delivered the top was missing. After arguing with Nick we had to head into the dealership to pick up the top. The staff that loaded the top into my wife’s car ripped a large tare into the leather seat that they refused to fix. The top was then found to have mismatched windows. Another headache to get them to correct. These were just the tip of the iceberg for a car that has had countless issues. Hopefully this review will save someone from the headaches we had. With the plentiful number of dealerships in west Michigan I would recommend you go somewhere that wants to earn your business.

joe bosch3I purchased a used vehicle for around 22K and detailed all cosmetic items that it had before purchase. Once we started filling out paperwork the sales agent stated he would take it back to be washed. Once the vehicle came back it had a new dent in the fender in which the sales agent stated he would discuss with the manager and get back with me in the next couple of days. Also after transferring title/plate I was not given a paper plate for the vehicle at that time later to find out I would have to drive an hour+ based on dealership information here in Grand Rapids. Called sales agent and left messages without a response. Still have not been contacted by him or the manager. In the future I will not purchase another vehicle from Preferred as seems now they got the sale and it ends there.

Brooke Pfau2Very happy with the experience of buying my first Jeep at Preferred Chrysler dodge Jeep and ram! Thank you to Josh Vanderkooi ! Update. A couple weeks after purchase I brought my Jeep back to the shop to have them work on the FRONT rotors, instead of fixing the front (because they said they looked fine on the outside) they put new ones on the back, and it didn’t fix the problem. So I brought it to a shop that would listen to my concerns and they noted that the front was indeed warped. Very disappointed in this dealership. From my experience they really didn’t fix anything because the front rotors were so bad that the new ones they put on the back are ALREADY WARPED. Maybe if I paid for the repairs instead of nick telling me he would “take care of it” it would’ve been done right, but I won’t be back to know.
