  Campbell (Sales), Dave (Finance) and the rest of the staff at Preferred Chevy are awesome. Had a great experience getting into my first lease and they found the exact vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted too. Very easy going staff with not one ounce of pressure during the whole sale. Highly recommended and I will def go back again and also refer others to them. A+

  Couldn’t be any happier with my experience with Derrick Conkle on the sales side of the business. Communicated with me throughout the day via phone so that when I arrived onsite after work my experience was quick and easy. Professional and trustworthy, went the extra mile with making sure a few items were on a “we owe” that other salesman probably wouldn’t have worried about. When it was all said and done he met me at a gas station to fill up my new vehicle for me and shake my hand. Would definitely recommend working with him specifically, even if the vehicle you’re looking at is at another Preferred site (he can transfer). Only problem with the whole experience was the Michigan Wolverine helmet on his desk but I can overlook it due to my overall positive experience. Go green!

  Great Experience. The sales staff went above and beyond all of my expectations of what a car lot should. Ben (Our salesman) was very professional and helpful, even after the purchase of the vehicle, which is unheard of in most cases. He helped us find the vehicle we were looking for even though it was not located on there lot at the time, and he gave us a great deal on it! Hands Down the best lot in West Michigan for service, purchasing, and selection.

  After visiting several dealers and not finding a good costumer service and definitely not finding the car we were looking for, we almost gave up until we stopped at Preferred. Robert C. greeted us and was very helpful. He was very honest, respectful and worked with a lot of integrity. He was not pushy but instead focused on what we were looking for and got us exactly what we needed for our big family. He made us feel right at home and he is someone you can definitely trust. We recently purchased a 2010 Kia Sedona at an amazing price!! We will recommend Robert and preferred to all our family and friends. Thank you for the Amazing experience and outstanding costumer care.
