  Predian team (Niket & team) provided excellent customer service and helped me close on my new home. I had a short time to close on a new home and Niket suggested me couple of options (for loan) based on my situation/requirement. We had to move quickly and Niket/team helped us to get the best mortgage rate and also quickly close on the home. I would strongly recommend Predian Financial for new home loans/refinance etc.

  Entire Team Predian is fantastic. Niket went out of the way to ensure the rate that he is offering is best in the market. From Predian team, Louann is a real gem of a person. Louann patiently explained all jargons, followed up when needed, liaised seamlessly with the realtor and turned around things super efficiently under critical timelines. Go team Predian!   Working with Niket was a great experience, He was always available for any clarification and made the complete mortgage process very simple for me. I would highly recommend Niket for any mortgage needs. Update on 8-Jul-2022: I used Niket's service once again and as expected, just like last time, Niket and Loan officer Miguel were awesome. They have completed all documents 2 days in advance and I had to spent not more than 30 min during closing because they took care of everything in advance,

  Excellent experience working with Niket and his talented team at Predian mortgage.   I really wish I could give 6 stars because I had more than an excellent experience with Niket and his team member Miguel. I was shopping with several lenders and Niket beat all of them and in addition, he promised to close in less than 30 days and he kept his promise. Niket (and his team too) was amazing with response time and clarity of his response kept me calm and assured on what could have been a nerve wracking experience.
