  They never pick up the phone, I can never get through. The branch was constantly closed during the pandemic. I'm waiting for 5 days for a check to clear in my account that they collected from the other bank days ago. Chase has really gone downhill.

  I opened new accounts at this branch 1-21-2021 and the Chase person who attended to me, Kwasi, was super professional and friendly. I give him 5 stars. Because I did not bring my actual green card, I was asked to go back today to present it and have it scanned. I was not told that I needed to make an appointment or that I had to go back at a certain time, only to go before the closing time 5pm. When I went today at around 415pm, I saw just two tellers by Kwasi was not there. One of the tellers politely asked me she’d check if I could be attended to. She went to the back of the office, and after a while, she came out with another woman and they both went inside what seemed like that woman’s work room. The teller stepped out and told me that I could not be attended to at that time because that other remaining Chase employee had an appointment that was coming in, and if I could go back at noon the next day. My name was not taken down. The level of customer care shown by that woman is egregiously low. At the very least, she should have come to speak to me, apologized that she could not attend to me, and for me to go back the next day, but no. She felt too important for this and made the teller do it for her. Needless to say, I have reported this to Corporate.

  WOW! Tucker is the MAN! So professional, knowledgeable and funny. Do I have a new banker?? I think so!!! Rachel was very helpful cashing bonds - thank you both so much for helping me! What a great banking experience!

  Dear supervisor, i have to make complaint aginst mr james who did resolve the issue i was having but was extremely rude because i was at the branch 30 mins to close time. You are in customer service department and regardless you need to be nice with your customer. Thanks.

  Well I was going to deposit this $250,000 into a private client account but the person who answered couldn't even execute a simple phone transfer to the private client rep so I decided to go to BOA. Oops.

  Look out. They only want your money and then customer service goes downhill. Lack of follow up and management backs their employees.

  The staff are extremely polite. I forgot her name, but the teller at the front was the best.
