  I just began working with Alex as a Junior Loan Officer, and I cannot be more satisfied within my experience. Being a realtor previously I have encountered many different loan officers, and when it comes to knowledge, customer service, and dedication, Alex checks off every single aspect.   Alex was responsive at first, but then overly delayed getting back to us, causing a time crunch to closing that forced us to scramble for alternative financing. Rates went up, & trusting Alex cost us a bunch of financing grief & wasted time.

We recognized that your goal was to purchase the home in its entirety and we didn't want to come across as pushy salespeople; and instead allow your contract to be finalized to initiate your loan. Upon that follow up call you expressed an interest to use an alternative form of lending and declined to proceed.
