I have used Power Tags Title and More at least a half dozen times and I've never had a bad experience with the staff there but I have observed several people not get what they want and throw a childlike fit. Down to Earth real folks work here. The prices here are higher than the MVD but the staff have always been respectful, courteous and professional; and the wait times are generally better than MVD. I feel that the price is worth not driving into Mesa and waiting for hours at the MVD and then getting poor customer service.

My mother needed to change her addresse and renew her driver license, I recommend her to this location. What a mistake that was. She went more than a couple of weeks ago, and couldn't figure out why she has not received her permanent one in the mail. We called the post office, which told us to call the DMV office and then they told us that the addresse was put in wrong. My mother went in today to get it fixed and they told her that they would have to charge her again. I then called this afternoon, for I couldn't figure why they would charge her again. They said on the phone they would fix it. We drove down together, went in and told us that they stopped doing licence at 4pm. Also, I was concerned that I was greeted by a 11yr. Old. I am pretty sure he was Way too young to be working there. What a joke. They could have told us on the phone they stopped at 4pm. Now, my mom has to pay extra for this company mistake, and not deal with the hassle. We will go to the DMV.

Came here instead of going to the MVD for my new updated drivers license. Patty (the owner) was awesome. She is friendly and helpful. I enjoyed talking with her. As a Veteran myself, I enjoy talking with others who have family in the military. She has a respect for Veterans that most don't have. Save the wait times at the MVD and come here. I had to pay $12 extra but that was money well spent. At the MVD you have a minimum of a hour plus wait time just to get a license renewed. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes!!!

Moved recently to AZ and when trying to get our driver’s licenses MVD referred us to Power Tags, Titles & More. When we got there and saw the line were thinking it was just as bad as MVD. After several visits (partly our fault and partly due to system issues with new MVD system) we received a level of service that far exceeded our expectations and better than any service we had received from any state motor vehicles division. Thanks to Patty and the entire Power team.

      Response from the owner

Dear Zapperuno, We've let Patty and her team know of your response and gratefulness for the professional service you received. We thank you for the positive and very encouraging words. Thank You!

Horrible service and offensive religious messages EVERYWHERE. Very slow and unorganized. Owner assisted a couple before me that arrived 15 minutes after because she recognized one of them that had been there way earlier in the morning. Then I was asked unnecessary personal questions as to why I needed a new ID. Better off going to state MVD...same wait and same poor customer care minus religious propaganda and unnecessary personal questions. In reply to the owner’s response: There should be a separation between church and state. You may own a private business but you serve the public. It goes way beyond a few bible scriptures. There was a sign on the water cooler blaming school shootings on the lack of Christianity in the classroom!! This is absolutely disgusting and so is the way you run your business. And the walls are covered top to bottom in religious signs and propaganda. It’s completely overwhelming. You failed to address anything about the terrible customer service.

      Response from the owner

Hi Tiffani, I do not intend Power Tags as a soapbox for religion. But I strongly believe that if we business people don't mix our religion and ethics into our business we harm ourselves, our businesses, and our nation. If a single Bible verse offends you, so be it. My faith is part of who I am, and will naturally be a part of how I communicate.

These people are a bunch of crooks! $50+ in “convenience fees” for a title transfer and registration renewal, are you kidding me! If time wasn’t of the essence, I would have never gone here, and frankly I will never give them my business again. The lady wasn’t very friendly either. Do not recommend.

      Response from the owner

Keith, The Power Family has brought the entire MVD to the Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Gateway, Gilbert area to serve this ever growing population. We do have convenience fees. Our fees are based on processes, not based on value license tax (VLT) which is based on the value of the vehicle.

HORRIBLE PLACE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!! Seriously. Nothing but a headache. Employees are rude. They ask for documents that aren't necessary and then won't take them because they aren't familiar with ORIGINAL documents. Listen to all the other reviews, save yourself from headaches & stress and just go to an actual DMV. You'll be glad you did!

Insane how this place moves slower than a normal DMV. A convenience fee for a slower service. It is a shame because if there were actually people working it would be a quicker process with how many service windows they have. Dont waste your time or especially money on this place.

      Response from the owner

Hi Scott, We are grateful you sacrificed time to let us know how we're doing as we serve the entire Queen Creek, San Tan Valley area +.

Like others, I think this place deserves ZERO stars. I went there to get my license, and they were completely rude, then accused me of being the ones rude, when I told them they didn't know what they were doing. First off, they wouldn't accept my marriage certificate, and said that it had to be a "marriage License". I double checked with my state, and the DMV, a marriage certificate is what I was issued after I got married, a license was before the marriage happened . Then, they said that the certificate was issued from a church, when it clearly had the states name on it. That was also a lie. Finally, they said they would accept it, then they wouldn't accept my certified copy of my birth certificate. They claimed that it was damaged, and they couldn't be sure that it wasn't altered. the damage was a tear about the size of a centimeter at the very top edge of the document. All required information was completely legible, and unaltered. After wasting 2 hours there, I decided to go to the Apache Junction DMV office. I was in and out of the regular DMV in 20 minutes, and they accepted all of my "damaged" documents. I tried to complain to the DMV about this place, and they said I wasn't the only unhappy customer. She said that she doesn't know why the DMV lets them stay in business. I was willing to pay $45 for a license for their "convenience", but ended up having to go to the regular DMV place anyway. NEVER go to this POWER TAGS AND TITLE, THEY ARE A JOKE !

Spent 2 hrs waiting to get my new in state license, then when I got to the desk, they said the system won’t match my name. so they told me I had to go all the way to Phoenix to a social security office to get that figured out. Instead I went to the actual MVD in Coolidge and I got my license in less than 10 mins, and for the half the price. Don’t waste your time here.
