  This is the second time I have worked with Chance. My first experience was a refinance and the second was a purchase. In both cases he was extremely responsive and always thoroughly answered the myriad of questions I had about the process. His answers were complete and proved to be accurate every time. I felt he genuinely cared about my experience and tried to do everything he could to get me the best deal including providing his insight regarding when to lock my rates. I would highly recommend Chance to anyone and should the occasion arise again I will definitely be a third time return customer!

  Chance was great to work with. It took us 6 months to find a house we wanted and he was flexible and worked with us every step of the way. We changed our price point and house type a couple times and he was there with a quick response when our realtor needed something to submit with our offer.   Chance answered every question and concern I had prior to the refinance, and he looked everything up and gave us options to choose from. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. Our refinance was fast and took approx 20 days from start to finish. Never had anything with a house go that fast.   Chance took over the reigns while we were working with a different broker that had us locked in with some absurd numbers.
