  New here from California, yeah I know, go home..Not happening. Anyway, I was looking for a local CU as mine is only in Cali, to make deposits etc so I tried a larger one, inside one of the "superstores" hoping for it to be a sister location. Made the mistake of using their ATM for deposit and it was put on hold til they verified "my" account. Well that was a nightmare. I wasnt even able to deposit a cashiers check into my account. Called my CU and lo and behold Pinal is a sister CU for us and within walking distance of my house. The young ladies that were working were absolutely the best. Friendly, efficient and very welcoming. Yes, I believe we have found our AZ credit union..

  These folks are so friendly! I went in to cash a check and got to meet the whole police department. I felt so special - just one little black guy and all these officers came to see me. The teller took great care in counting out my money too - so much so that they forgot to tell the police the check was legit. You know what they say, the day you sell your boat is the second happiest day in your life. I didn't realize it was because you're happy to survive a trip to PCFCU.

  So far I am pleased in working with Pinal County Federal Credit Union. I got approved through them for an auto loan with awesome interest rate and the service was great throughout! Jen was the one that worked with me and she was very helpful and efficient! Looking forward to working with PCFCU again in the future!

  Polite and friendly teller. It took a little longer to take care of the things I needed, but it was taken care of without any issues.

  Pinal County Credit Union has been great to work with. Helped my wife and I with a financial problem we were having. They kept us informed every step during the process. We were so impressed with this credit union, we consolidated all our banking in just one bank and couldn't be happier. Thanks guys

  Although the staff at this specific branch is friendly and incredibly nice, the bank itself is terrible! I've been with them since I was a minor. I changed my bank to Navy Federal when I reached my limit and got way more help with them in a day then I would have in a year with this bank. However the staff who work at this particular location are incredibly warm and friendly and the only reason why I stood with Pinal County Federal Credit Union for such a long time.

  I have always had good experiences at the credit unions. The associates are all friendly and efficient. I really miss coming inside where you get a huge smile and hello from more than one person.

  The staff is always friendly at this location and my transactions are always smooth. One of my favorite parts about banking here is that many of the services that other banks charge an abundance of small fees for are completely free. It's why I joined Pinal County FCU. They save me a lot of money in a lot of little ways.

  I wish I had the ability to rate Pinal county federal credit union a negative 5 starts. 14 days ago today, I took my mother into Pinal county federal credit union to open an account. We were told by the branch manager Rebecca, who also set up my moms account that she would have a 14 day hold on the check she was using to open the account because it was a large sum. I understood the reasoning because I had previously worked in banking. My mother explained that she was going to be buying a house and a car and would need to pull out a large amount of money after the 14 day hold was up. She was told by Rebecca that she would need to call ahead to make sure the bank would set the extra money set aside for her and that she should probably pull the money out in the form of a cashiers check because it was dangerous to walk around with such a large amount of cash. Mom called the credit union yesterday and was told that they would not release her money until this Tuesday which is not what they had previously discussed when she went in to open her account. My mom was upset so my aunt who has worked for Wells Fargo for almost 20 years got on the phone with the branch manager yesterday and after some discussion, was told that Pinal county federal credit union would release a certain amount of money to my mom in a cashiers check and some in cash. She went into the branch today and was first told that they would only be releasing a partial amount of what they had discussed on the phone yesterday and then she was told she would not be getting any of her money today at all. My mother went in to the branch today believing that Rebecca and Pinal County Federal credit union would make good on their word and they did not. My mom has been basically homeless for the past five years and has never owned a home. She was supposed to go sign paperwork on her first home today with the money that she was promised by Pinal county federal credit union. I am thoroughly disgusted at the treatment my mom has received. They have no right to hold her money any longer. It has been 14 days, the check has cleared and my mother has every right to her money. What they are doing is not right. I will not only believing this review here but I will be posting it on Google, yelp and any other social media outlet that I possibly can can to warn people not to open an account with Pinal county federal credit union.
