  steer clear. opened account, during process solicited to bring over our personal CC account. So we were fine with it. we pay off CC each month so we dont pay interest but may start getting a charge from chase to have CC so... one little detail left out, credit union charges US 4% to transfer balance. when I queried about it to officer that opened account? "Im so deeply sorry for your inconvenience" 350$ charge is an inconvenience? paid balance off on their VISA today without activating cards. Closed savings and checking without opening package checks came in. moment CC balance posts 0$ THAT account is closed. Accounts were opened a few weeks ago. checks/cards were handed to bank rep to drop in shredder basket. steer clear of these folks.

  I 100% regret opening a loan with them. They have been thieves, found out the $200 per month I thought I was paying towards my loan for 2 years was being applied. Come to find out they were only applying the minimum balance and started a checking account without my knowledge for the remaining funds. So I have been wasting money in interest to these thieves!!! I work in banking and how they get away with this is unbelievable. They don’t notify you with any updates to your account. Their online banking never works. Jinette never answer so it turns into a never ending game of phone tag until she gives up. I tried doing an external transfer back into my personal checking 2 weeks ago with the third party system they use and surprise it doesn’t work because they’re the only bank who doesn’t use Zelle. I hate everything about my experience with them.

  this bank is a 1/10 rating. avoid this fraud credit union at all costs. the guy sold me on an auto loan and told me my credit card balance was low and i was good to go. they pulled my credit, ruined my credit score and DENIED the loan because i would only have almost $900 left per month AFTER paying all bills and EVERYTHING and that just wasnt enough due to my high credit card debt that he told me was low ! was given the run around and lip service by the rest of his associates and the manager threatened me with ''CLOSING MY ACCOUNT" because she heard me cuss once. AND IVE BEEN A MEMBER OVER 20 YEARS, not anymore! not to mention they're virtually always closed.

  Insensitive, overplayed and heartless to be exact and here's why: Opened account with $30,000. They held it for 30 days... bet that was fun to play with. Didn't even tell me they were going to hold the money... keep in mind this was a cashier's check. Have a dispute? You better hope YOU handle it promptly and carefully because it will hit the bureau faster than you can say "power fi". Overall, the entire experience over the past year has been a struggle. Be warned, they are ruthless concerning overage charges, personal hardship, filing charge offs with bureaus, holding lump sums of cash... the list goes on. The employees up front are sometimes pleasant but behind the scenes lookout for droid-like personas, no exceptions and a sour taste in your mouth. Perhaps your local credit union is more personable? Certainly not. They are the biting golden retriever of the banking bunch.

  Looking to get a loan on custom-built boat.....don't waste your time here. Looking to get a loan on a boat not listed in NADA....good luck. They will ask why boat is not in NADA, then they'll ask for an invoice, then a marine survey, then come back full circle and still require boat to be listed in NADA. I've wasted a month, I have no loan, and I'm now out for the cost of a survey. Plus my interactions with them repeatedly made me question their qualifications/level of experience.

  Came in for a truck loan and in 1 day got my approval , signed the loan and most importantly got a great low interest rate. The entire team at Powerfi Juno beach is friendly , informative and engaged in meeting your needs.

  Having been a customer back to when my parents set upa kids account with them I can only say good things about the overall business but even more so the employees. At other banks you are a number here they know you by name and treat you well. I can only assume the other negative reviews were paid for because I have never had a bad experience. Staff changes have made this bank trash.
