      While our experience with Jackie was great, another customer was being treated rudely as he had a appointment with the bank manager, Anthony, and was told that they see the appt but cannot honor it. Anthony was on a conference call and would be for the next 2 hours. The gentleman handled it far better than I would have! Jackie was very helpful and resolved all of our issues professionally!

      I deposited a check drawn on Regions Bank today, prior to making the deposit I asked if there would be a hold on the funds since it was a Regions check. The teller said it shouldn’t be. I trusted her and left. I checked the account only to find the entire check is on hold. I asked for a manager and Heriberto assisted me to no avail. I don’t know any bank the holds the entire check!!!!!! Even if it’s drawn on a different bank!!! They release some of it!!!! He didn’t resolve anything just gave me a bunch of scripts!!!! So disappointed!

      Doris is incompetent with banking issues. For 2 weeks my husband had been communicating with this location and got no where. Doris on a recorded line promised to overnight a check to my Insurance but never did such a thing. Only to be told by my Insurance. Then when I called her to confront the issue, she had the nerve to get an attitude with me. Still wasn’t able to handle my issue as the so called person in charge of the bank. Requested to have her boss return my call. And of course 3 weeks later and still haven’t heard from anyone. I would NEVER recommend this bank to anyone! Poor service and most of all incompetent Doris. Ended up taking care of the issue myself of course…. Felt Doris was entitled and dishonest in my conversation. Filed a complaint but I’m sure nothing will happen.. If Doris is the best they can do in hiring, then I will be sure to take business elsewhere and spread the news on my experience.

      I too had terrible experiences with Jackie the black girl with the glasses.Cash deposits versus check deposits somehow they don't always match up you have to request a transaction reportAnd then she tells youAbout check clearing will influence your balance in a few days it's like Playhouse 90You have to double-check everythingNot good for a customer Bank elsewhere. I reported this to Anthony branch manager and another terrible experience Bank eelsewhere...PLEASE!!!!!

      This review is in regards to bank teller “Jackie” Not sure if she gave me her real name, but she is the black lady with the glasses. My complaint is she was waiting on my check to clear but in the process of her waiting another customer came in and I thought it was down right unethical for her to be discussing me or my transaction with another customer, happy that my check cleared but she is rude and judgmental and needs to be retrained on her customers service skills.

      Bad experience with Jackie called me out the blue stating my account was being close that the bank is ended my relationship with them. I will make sure who ever I know has regions bank close there account.

      Went into this location today and andres morillo helped me. I thought it was an impossible fix and he made it by far the best experience I’ve ever had at any regions from tn to ga to al. Hands down the best. He was so polite respectful helpful friendly. The list goes on I wish I could give home 5 stars personally on here.

      Cordial, helpful staff complicated by frequent turnover. Poor continuity. On the otherhand, they recognize me and are helpful except for stupid federal regulations. Like all chain banks, they need more cohesiveness.
