  I applied for an auto loan close to a month ago and didn’t hear from them for awhile, then they finally called and said they needed certain info, I brought it to them, waited quite a while and they call again saying that they need more info. (And they had already pulled my credit, which I track) Why did they not cover it the first time?! I called them again telling them the give me a call back or send me an email so I can forward the information about a week ago. Haven’t received anything. If you’re looking to receive a loan from here in a short amount of time, don’t do it. Extremely disappointed considering I watched my boyfriend get approved the day he went in and applied. I guess it’s a pick and choose who you work with right away. Do better, Power Credit Union. Some of us actually were looking for you to do your jobs so we can get a loan ASAP and you failed us.

  Worst bank ever. They are more corrupted than any bank I have ever been too. When my card was stolen and someone spent $600 "They couldnt help me" When someone pulled out $1500 out of my account "They couldnt help me" Ive never been over drafted and all of the sudden I have over $120 in overdraft fees and once again "They couldnt help me" not even 1 fee they could reimbursed haha They never look into anything, investigate EVER. I speak to one person and ITS ALWAYS NO. Im a single mom who barley gets by especially when their bank keeps taking money out. Even charges Ive never made or seen before. WORST BANK EVER. Im not the 1st sadly. Been with them for 4 years and not one did they reach out or give me any reason other than "Its my fault"

  Just got told a dozen half-truths so they could get me to open a new account, and they didn't have my money for 30 seconds before I regretted choosing them. I haven't gotten paid since March and now that I have money I can't spend it, because they want to hold it. I will be closing this account as soon as my money is available and steering people far away every chance I get.

  I'm really surprised about the customer service complaints below. Lyssa and Aneida were really awesome to work with! The technology, however, is really lacking. How do you have online banking, without an option to self-manage payments? I'm not particularly fond of Docusign, or providing my info through a third party vendor just to set up automatic payments. You have an awesome looking user interface! Invest in the functionality that could help people like Aneida and Lyssa provide better service.

  I had an issue and had not been able to resolve it through the institutions associate. The CEO personally contacted me to resolve the issue. The amount of care that was demonstrated during the call is exactly why I will continue to bank there. Rarely would a institution let alone the CEO take the time to make things right but it was done and for that I am grateful.

  Everyone at the south side location is rude as can be. We stood at a counter for 5 minutes before anyone said anything to us. Absolutely no customer service. I do not recommend going here to anyone.

  I paid off my auto loan with this bank and they still went ahead and took out money from my account last month to pay this on an unexisting auto loan so I decide to speak to someone and they tell me they will stop the payments from coming out but they didn’t the payment is coming out a 2nd time. This bank has been a very bad experience since I opened an account here.
