  Rita Atencio helped me and my wife set up some more checking accounts to help keep our money in order. We wanted to open savings but she provided information on our options. We opted to open checking accounts. She even helped us set up account names. Very helpful, thorough, awesome rep THANK YOU

  Rita Atencio was very helpful and very informative. She was very patient with me! Since I did not have something that was needed, she scheduled me for an appointment tomorrow! I love that I can have a virtual meeting with such a kind person.

  Kristi was an amazing rep! I had to change my account numbers and she not only went through and checked every little detail that I knew of, she even pointed out a few I would've missed. She made what would be a tedious experience a great, relaxed, and friendly experience. If all their reps are like Kristi, you're in good hands at that location.

  We were greeted by friendly staff as soon as we walked in and was seen right away. We were helped by Genevieve who was very kind and professional. She shared the excitement with us and also gave us some tips and tricks with our new account. I love this bank and it's staff. Great work within the community!

  Not like me to do a review, however with the services I received by Rita Atencio today I felt this was mandatory. The knowledge, time, effort and patience she put forth were tremendous and I was astonished! I would definitely recommend anybody needing services from SSFCU to come see her at her location.
