  I worked with the most amazing woman in then world. Her name was Raquel Watts and she handled every thing for me and was literally the most informative employee I have ever met. Honestly If you ever go here and you get the pleasure of working with her then you will have the most amazing experince ever. Highly recommended and will keep continuing to do business there.

  I went into the Branch as a non member. I was greeted by the Assistant Manager Sara. She was very helpful, professional, and courteous. Because of positive attitude and willingness to help me. I will be becoming a member of this credit union in the near future.

  Awesome service of Raquel. She helped us with every question we had, and helped us out throughout the process of opening an account. She didn’t get frustrated of the questions we had, she helped us kindly and was patient. Thank you Raquel! If your planning to look for a bank to open an account I definitely recommend AVENTA. 5/5 stars. Truly great bank! **Raquel speaks Spanish.

  Hi today Raquel and Cheryl help me with opening a new checking and savings account and my loan on my Camaro today we made a payment they are so awesome and they are great they help you with everything so you have to open the apps and everything Cheryl and Raquel thank you very much have a great day

  They are all kind and it has been hard 2-3 years and my husband goes and he says they are so nice in Aventa to help him.GOD BLESS you all keep up the great work.

  DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! THEY LIE TO YOUR FACE AND STEAL FROM YOU. wish I could give negative stars. They did 3 unauthorized transactions on my account and costs me money and trust and gave NO resolution.They offer an insincere apology but did not resolve the issue so obviously the apology meant nothing. I had no problems with them for a couple of years but for the last couple of months they have been stealing from me. I am out.
