  WOW , where do I start !!! The other day we went to poulin Auto to have them check our car. While we were their we noticed a truck we might be Intrested in. So the next day hubby called and chatted with Jeff and Dutch. Well we found ourselves at Poulin Auto again. This time they were putting us in this Beautiful Chevy Silverado 2500 HD. This makes our fourth purchase threw this awsome company. I tell you what, some may have complaints on their purchases but don't run. You need to call and explain what's going on. Jeff and Dutch aren't their just to sell, there also there to help you and fix the problem. If they had a scale of 1 to 100 I'd rait them a 110. Yep that's right.!!! The customer service is the best, no one could ask for anything more. Dutch and Jeff went beyond the call to make this transaction happen. I tip my hat to all of you fokes at Poulin Auto on your exceptional hard work and being so prompt!!!!! All I can say is. We'll Be Back! And thank you for your excellent work. Thank you Don and Judy

  Awful Experience so far. I drove a 2012 Ford Escape off the lot and from the very beginning it had a coolant leak into the engine which after 4 or so weeks of them trying to figure it out, Heritage Ford determined it needed a new engine. No response from Poulin, needed to file a complaint with the AG to get a response and now they are behaving like it is my fault. Still haven't worked it out at this point so I will update this review when I have results.

  Amazing people! They were super patient and I ended up driving away with a new car that I absolutely love! I recommend going there if you're planning on purchasing your next vehicle. They help you with vehicle needs that you can afford!

  The folks at Poulin really went the extra mile to get me into a nice vehicle despite my less than desirable credit rating. They were honest and professional and I continue to go to them with any questions or needs regarding my SUV. Great experience.

  Thank you Dutch and Jeff for your amazing service. You all went above and beyond getting me into my KIA!   Went on a Saturday to look at a Chevy Malibu for my son. Got there they said they have a Ford Focus (2012) that’s in our price range. Took it for test drive. Car reeked of cigarette smoke, A/C didn’t really work. Brought those to their attention. They were asking I think 8500 but our credit union said it’s worth like 1500 less. We were gonna go with a bank they do business with but they were asking 18% financing. They told us they were going to work with them to lower that. They asked for s copy of our paystub which we sent them. It’s been 4 days since then and we never heard back. It’s ok cos we found a 2018 car with 27,000 miles (the ford had 63,000 miles) at an actual dealership for less money a month. I would never go back to Poulins. They never follow through. Must not want the sale bad enough.

  Best Pre-Owned Trucks in Vermont! I had been looking around for a good premium quality truck for about a year when I stopped over to Poulin Auto Sales Used Car Dealership. They had a nice selection of pre-owned trucks. I immediately found what I was looking for Kevin and the rest of the auto sales team assisted me every step of the way. Once we had the details worked Chris was able to assist me with receiving the right auto financing at a remarkably low interest rate. The whole process was very straight forward everyone involved answered all my questions and provided me with the best options available for making the purchase. I was very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend Poulin Auto Sales to anyone who may be interested in purchasing a used car or truck based upon that experience. What I am really impressed with though is the service I received after the purchase, because when I had a question about my truck these guys not only took care of my initial concern but they found a couple little things like the power steering fluid was low, a mud flap was lose, and my remote control for the plow was hesitating. They actually called me and asked me if I would mind if they were to fix these things for me at no charge while my vehicle was in the shop. I was pleasantly surprised and obviously the answer was yes they could fix these things. Thank you to Andy, Todd, and Alan in the Poulin Automotive Service Center you guys run a tight ship and I appreciate all your time and effort for going the extra mile with the service and repairs. I feel inclined to go the extra mile for these guys because they have definitely over delivered in every way. The whole team at Poulin Auto Sales continues to make this an enjoyable auto experience! Thank You!

  I was skeptical about going here as I had heard way back in the day not to but they had a vehicle at the price point we wanted and were pleasantly surprised by the new sales team!!! They were wonderful and so great to work with! The vehicle we purchased is just what we were looking for within our budget and in great shape! I would and most likely will go back to them in the future! What a great change from years past! Keep up the great work guys!

  I was outside their dealership in barre, Vt. A saleman came outside and saw me looking at my car. The saleman name was Jeff. He said why don't you come inside for a minute and try to apply for a loan. I said I've tried 2 big dealerships already; ( saint j subaru of vt and Capitol city auto Mart). Thanks for the help. Not. You guys will never get me to step a foot in their ever again. They wouldn't help me. My subaru had a lot of negative equity that no dealership wanted to deal with. Also my subaru outback needed head gasgets a 2nd time while still paying on the same car loan for the subaru. Jeff says. Dont worry sam. Here at poulin auto we can get you in a new car! Salesman named Dutch and Jeff got me into a car that is 8 years newer than my subaru! And 150,000 miles less than my subaru. I love my new 2017 Hyundai Elantra Limited!!!! Thank you all at poulin auto for taking care of my car nightmares into a car dream! Thanks fir helping when i was on the sideof the road broken down and no one else would. You guys are super hero's of the automobile industry! I get many compliments on my new car! And also made it so i could take my son and me to my fiances house in massachusettes to see her and go swimming. My fiance from massachusettes says thank you too. She knows how difficult my subaru was. Always in the shop every other week. Their customer service at poulin auto in barre us amazing. They made my son and me feel very welcome. Thank you allat poulin auto in barre! You guys are #1!

  Thank you so much dutch and your guys I went to 5 different dealerships and got turned down due to no credit and I went to poulins and dutch and his guys went above and beyond for me and got me into a 2016 KIA optima and I'm so in love with this car and my daughter is gonna love thank you guys so much for everything and helping me with a new car amd my first new car at that. I would give more than 5 stars if I could I can start my life now with a great reliable car thanks to you guy .
