  Kim here at Academy mortgage is amazing. She walked me step by step through the home buying procedure. She even calmed my nerves when things could have gone wrong. I was calling at least once or twice a week to get an update and when most would get annoyed she was always so sweet.   Absolute nightmare to work with. Wanda French in the Barre VT location Is not the problem, but the company as a whole has serious issues. Do yourself a favor and choose a different, local mortgage company.
