  Tried to charge me 5 Grand for a bill covered by my x's bankruptcy. They call non stop and threaten you. There under lawsuit in most states. Do not pay them under any circumstance. Take that money to hire a professional to get them to remove there bs derogatory comments from your credit report.

  The only difficulty I had was remembering the phone numer that I needed to log in. After that, it was very intuitive to find my information, select my own payment options, and resolve my account.

  I really appreciate the customer support that was provided to me! I was able to pay off a debt within my timeframe and with the amount that I had available per pay period. The times I was not able to pay they were great at assisting me with making different arrangements! Thanks so much for the support!!

  The associate I worked with was great! Which is saying something due to the fact I usually do not have that opinion. He was great and easy to work with. Actually listened to my issues. Online Payment 'is so easy to use.

  I talk to Ms. Courtney and I was please the way she handle my situation , she help me to change and updated my account . The only thin I was disappointed is they don't sent me yet a letter of confirmation I talk already 3 customer service about this , just hope one of this day I have that letter of confirmation. I know I can view this online but its different if they mail it and sign . Hopefully soon.

  This company is without a doubt the nicest one i have encountered . they are very polite and not rude and degrading like others out there. the only issue ive had was when trying to pay online the system fails and you end up having to call in for your payment. but when doing so their people are always pleasent and polite.

  It's really nice for those of us that want to pay our debts after layoffs that we can choose the amounts we can afford to pay. It's been tough for a few years and I'm finally getting back on my feet. Thank you for giving me the means to clear my debts and my name.

  I received the letter in the mail. I went to the online site. I accepted one of the account offers for a savings plan. Picked which payment plan made a payment it give me a schedule of when each payment was due. My account will be done in 5 payments.
