  I am very excited to move in into my first home! Slav Popach was my financial officer and he made things go very smooth. He reacted very quickly to all steps we took in our journey.   Slav did an outstanding job on my loan. The rate I got was lower than competition. He answered my questions and walked me through the whole process. Slav went over his work load, we closed the loan in record time, just under 2 weeks. Both me and the seller did not have a representing realtor and Slav did an amazing job using his resources for both parties. I would highly recommend Slav to anyone. Thank you for the whole process!   Slav is an amazing lender. We were looking to move out from Washington and landed on Tennessee as our new home. Buying a new construction build in a subdivision, we were planning on going with the builder’s preferred lender initially due to a supposed $5000 credit that was being offered. At the beginning of this year, Slav reached out to me to let me know that he was licensed in Tennessee and could offer me a great deal. So, I shopped with the builder’s preferred lender and Slav in order to compare the interest rate, points, and final closing cost (with the credit). The rates jumped quite a bit after the new year, but we were still able to get .75% less with Slav over the preferred lender with the equivalent closing cost! Not only did he save us money in the long run, but he also made the application process painless by always communicating what was needed on our end, and letting us know what to expect from him and other parties. I highly recommend using him as a lender. He has the best deals on the market, and is very professional.

  Slav did an awesome job to help us get the best rate possible. He was able to get us over 1.5% better rate than any other institution was offering at the time, so we actually saved a lot more than going through any bank around here. Especially now with the rates jumping up so fast. The service and communication were outstanding, so I would highly recommend using his service.

  Slav Popach is the one to go with for financing your home! We were going back and forth between a couple lenders but in the end slav always came on top in every area. He is super responsive, personal, and cares about getting you the best rates! Let me tell you, he got us a rate that no other place could get. He can get deals that not everyone can.   Honestly Best Lending broker I’ve ever worked with, if I had a problem they’d work a way to fix it. If I had any questions they’ll answer them as best as they could.
