  Seth Raddue and Patrick J. Davis from TriStar Finance have helped my family live THE AMERICAN DREAM. Back in 2017 Seth was the only one that was able to help clean my parents' credit and approve them for a loan when all the big banks denied them. Shortly after Patrick along with Seth helped me close on a condominium on the East Side without any issues. Anytime I encountered a road block the TriStar Finance team made sure that it was taken care of immediately. In 2020 when interest rates dropped I contacted Tristar Finance and Ashley did an outstanding job helping me and my parents refinance our properties. Patrick and Seth overlooked the refinance process of our properties and made sure we got the best rate at the best price. Ashley of Tristar Finance was easily reached by phone and answered any questions that we had. Fast forward to 2022 and the TriStar Team has done it again! This time around Seth Raddue and Patrick J. Davis helped me close on a NEW CONSTRUCTION HOME. They were able to present me with a VERY LOW RATE in the current market of raising interest rates. Tristar team members Brittany and Shay were EXTREMELY helpful during the whole closing process. They were very clear about Loan Terms and Conditions. They were very patient and explained every line in detail. Anytime I had questions about the loan or paperwork needed - they were very responsive and answered in less than 24 hours. Ashley, Brittany, and Brittany reached out to me many times and helped me cruise smoothly through the whole process. Seth Raddue and Patrick J. Davis were a true pleasure to work with. Their honest transparency about loan terms, ability to communicate fast and efficiently, and ability to beat all major banks in providing lowest interest rates is what made me a lifetime customer.   My husband and I refinanced our home loan in July. Marcos helped us secure better rate terms for our home loan and the whole team provided ongoing support during this process! Jill specifically helped calm any anxiety that we had by being so calm, patient, and responsive to our needs and concerns.   This is my husband and I’s 3rd time working with Seth and his team, and needless to say, likely won’t be our last! Seth is very responsive…he’s always accessible by email or phone or even text message. He is very easy to work and thoroughly explains everything as you go through the lending process. His rates are very competitive and our properties have always closed on time despite various setbacks which he’s always able to navigate. Would highly recommend Tristar Finance!

  I worked with Nam on my refinance. They were very professional and organized and helped me with any question I had. TriStar offered a competitive rate with transparent, competitive fees. Their website offers an easy-to-use method of uploading sensitive financial documents, and they make it easy to track where you are in the process. Nam went above and beyond to help me through challenges like coordinating with appraisers, and the closing agent/notary they used were professional.

  Decided to refinance my house (second time now with Tristar finance) & Nam was quick to get me started on the whole process while making every effort to get it done quickly and even meeting up with me late Saturday night to drop off some papers and discuss my options. Great professional, thorough, overall great guy. Will definitely be going back to him next time. Oh and Seth and everyone else involved are equally amazing and extremely resourceful.   Working with Nam at TriStar to refinance my home loan was a great experience. I appreciate how quickly he responded to my questions and was communicative during the easy process. I would definitely recommend him for anyone looking to refi or buying a home.

  We refinanced our mortgage with Tristar in Sep 2020. We got really good interest rates. Overall it took approximately a month and slightly past the estimated closing date but overall closed without issues. Highly recommended for good rates!
