  I have done around 5 refinances and mortgages with various lenders and banks. By far the experience I had with Jeff was the best.   I am so pleased of the experience with Jeff Ladue. Jeff called me back and introduced himself after responding back to an inquiry I made. Jeff took almost two hours out of his day and listened to what my goals were and the predicament I was in. I was already in contact with another loan officer at a different brokerage, but Jeff seemed like he was genuinely interested in helping with my situation.   3/9/21 Update: Jeff and his sidekick Danielle helped us with our third refinance and locked us in an exceptionally low fixed rate right before rates started going up. And another smooth refi process followed with no hiccups and a smooth closing a month later. If you are shopping around for a new mortgage or want to refinance, go with Jeff and his awesome team. They will not waste your time! Excellent experience with refinancing our home through Jeff and his wonderful team. He got us out of an FHA loan and into a conventional loan all without the hassle of an appraisal. We ended up saving over $300/month compared to our FHA loan. We will absolutely use his services again if we ever decide to re-finance our home, or purchase a new one. Thank you Jeff!
