  It was a great place to pawn!! The staff was friendly and matched the loan ammount I needed no questions or hassle great place, also they have alot of stuff at there shop purchace if your in that area!!!!

  This is a great place to shop for deals and receive quick hassle free loans! I appreciate the fairness at this pawn shop unlike the big chain pawn shops, Ponders Pawnbrokers have always given me a much higher amount for my items! Always a good experience and it’s greatly appreciated!

  This is one of those places that you go to no matter where your at, even if it isn’t the most convenient. My experience from the initial phone call prior to me going there, to going there and leaving there was great. 1000%. The kind lady I spoke to on the phone before going out there was what got me out there. All good vibes and good energy but when I arrived It wasn’t the kind lady that greeted me that I spoke with on the phone it was Stacey. Once again nothing but good vibes and energy. After greeted I told her that I had to go back out to my vehicle to get the items I came here to bring. No questions asked she follows me out to help me bring stuff in and with a box full of speakers went to open the door for me. May not be much to some but I admire people that are genuinely nice and that’s all I got from going to this place today and not only that, I received more than I expected to get for the items I brought in. There’s no way I could let this experience go unnoticed. Thank you Stacey and kind lady on the phone. You guys rock!!!

  I'd been looking on Google for pawn shops specifically the reviews, too me that's where most of what it's like will be straight from the customers. Ponders loans had good reviews & I literally chose to go there only cuz of the reviews they have & I'm glad I did. I'm on hard times & needed to sell a few things. They gave me a fair deal on what I sold. The people are so nice, caring & really listen to you especially Janelle, she's very easy to talk to, she listened with compassion, down to earth, non judgemental & now I found my new place if I'm ever in a bind again. The inside was very clean & organized, it might sound weird but you feel like family cuz you know when you go back you'll be greeted with a friendly smile. I was nervous cuz of my situation & Janelle by her just talking to me I felt at ease. If you ever need a pawn shop trust me Ponders Loans is the best. Janelle thank you for listening to me blab, I get that way when I'm nervous or my anxiety is bad 😊
