  Times around Christmas got tough for me and my family. I just started a new job, the wife started to work more hours, you know the deal. So we had to put some stuff in pawn to pay the bills and Christmas gifts. Pawnbrokers gave me a fair value for my items. Now that I have gotten a couple of paychecks I was able to get everything out of pawn. It was painless and very quick. I would trust this business again if I ever need it. Once everything settles down in our lives I intend to do some shopping next time I am there.

  A great place if you need some extra cash. They work with you on payments and have been very helpful with me, appreciate all the hard work they do! Customer service is on point!

  I'm only giving 5 stars because I can't give 6. It's rare to find a pawn shop (especially these days) with good deals on firearms. Not only does he have solid deals, his customer service is exceptional. Friendly, helpful and willing to work with you. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and return again myself.

  I freaking love this shop. Pawn shops are normally a place I want to avoid but I love this place. Ive had a rough year and needed cash frequently and stewart has always been very good to me. He has even done loans on items he doesn't really want/need but does it because he is a caring individual. He even gave me a loan on my giant subwoofer that takes up half the shop space. Like for real its huge!!! This is a place you just want to hang out at because of the good vibes. Place is clean and I love that I'm greeted by that cat at the counter. 🐱. I can go on and on but I'll close here. Go see for yourself!!! Thank you Stewart youre a good man and run a good shop and you have helped my family more than you know by being fair and honest!!! All the best to you brother!!!

  I came in needing some extra cash. I don't normally go to pawn stores, so I did some research on which store was the best in my area. This store has the best ratings, hands down. I was impressed by the awesome community support (most people hold pawn stores in contempt), so I decided to stop in. The owner is a very kind and honest man. He gave me a great price for my laptop, and explained the process in great detail for me. When I left, I left feeling confident that my laptop would be cared for as if it was my own friend watching it. I am a one place type of girl, and if I ever need to pawn something again, this will be the only place I go.

  My mom had lost her wedding ring. It broke her heart and one of the kind gentlemen who works here was willing to help her find it! We so appreciate that! Speaks to a very reputable and upright shop! My mom now has her ring back and is so happy.

  Great service. My husband and I went in and both came out with great items. I got a 25Th. anniversary ring that would have cost me thousands of dollars in a jewelry store for a great price. Thank you Stewart. Highly recommend.

  The owner was very fair n friendly I got a good vibe from him he was very helpful compared to the rest of the shops on that street he was the best n those other shops. One was husband n wife u could tell who wears the pants. I'm like looking at him dude just went back watching his TV never said a word scared to open his mouth.

  Pawnbrokers Northwest is the most honest and considerate pawn operation I have ever known. Admittedly, I have only worked with three or four brokers over the course of my 56 years on the planet, but without a doubt, these gentlemen are the only ones I will ever trust. They have always been fair with me, and quite forgiving with me when I have been late on a payment. The few other brokers I have dealt with have been incredibly unscrupulous. These guys are very friendly, give very honest appraisals of value (I sold them my gold wedding ring after getting divorced and they gave me a fair price - I understand that they need to make money to stay open - I knew the full value and they gave me a good price!) Also, and very importantly to me, I have never felt sleazy entering their store. I felt very differently at other establishments I tried before Pawnbrokers NW. Came away feeling like a low life - probably because the owners of those places seemed like low lifes, maybe - but Stuart (spelling?) and Ron (I believe it is Ron - I am totally lost with names - if not, dude please forgive me!) are genuinely nice guys and I enjoy hanging out with them when time allows. If these sort of things matter to you like they do to me, I strongly encourage you to do business with Stuart and company solely. It is as good for your ego and self-image as it is for your wallet.

  This place is amazing and by far his customer service is exceptional I would advise anyone looking to buy something from a pawn shop to come here first you won't be disappointed
