  I usually use ATM's that are in the Chime Network...I actually tried to use an ATM within the network at the Polish Bank on Greenpoint Ave. @ 5:45am 2-17-21..before I used the out of network ATM...I was given an error message at the ATM saying that my transaction could not be processed...I tried the ATM machine next to it...and got the same message...that my transaction could not be processed..the difference with the 2nd time is...the withdrawal was taken from my Chime account...but..I didnt receive the money...$40.00...if your team is encouraging us to use the ATMs in the Chime network...we as the customers should not have to deal with this kind of inconvenience...from an ATM in the Chime network...hopefully the issue will be resolved soon...   Absolutely the best, I have a credit card with them for over 25 years now and I never had any problems whatsoever, though I wish they had an office Saint Petersburg Florida...btw..I always enjoy their very informative and helpful customer service....

  Check them out if you live in Greenpoint. English speaking staff is very cooperative and friendly. You do not have to be Polish to open an account.

  Screw this place. I came in here to use their ATM because I saw they're a credit union, and I use a credit union myself. Well, they don't participate in the CO-OP network of surcharge-free ATMs. In fact, they charge an absurd $2.50 to anyone outside their credit union. Credit unions should stick together rather than resort to the usurious practices of Chase and BoA et al.
