  Closing my account and taking it to another bank! The staff has always been great no complaints there. But debit cards are not secured here. I have fraudulent transactions every single year and need to block my card and order a new one. This happens too often! Not secure at all. I just had fraudulent transactions last month, got my new card last week and withing a week have yet another fraudulent transaction. Absolutely ridiculous. I have an account in another institution for many years and that has never happened to me. This is not acceptable and I am sick and tired of being put in this situation of having to block and renew my card. Having to reapply my automatic payment methods all over again with my bills. PSFCU, find a better way to secure your members dollars!!! I am done with this nonsense!

  Dear Eva, The security of our members’ accounts and transactions is our top priority, and we are sorry to hear about the problems with your debit card. Please understand, that transactions paid with your debit card were paid over the websites or merchants you chose. Even though our Credit Union is taking every opportunity to remind our members to stay secure by performing transactions with trusted merchants, fraudulent transactions may happen for a variety of reasons beyond our control. Subsequent blocking and card reissue is a security measure to protect your money in the account.

  These 5 stars are for Ms/Mrs Klaudia M. for helping out with payment over the phone. PSFCU is really hard to get in touch with, if you do not live in the area where PSFCU banks are you can only rely on online payments or, if it's a complicated payment due to online service failure, your only options is to give a call, and it's really hard to get in touch with a person who can really do the job right. 3 out of 4 persons I have talked were living in the moon I guess. One star is for prompts on phone call options, just 5 star for the person who really helped me out.

  Ridiculous bank. Lines take forever, bank is always understaffed and these tellers will take their time and seriously investigate any bills that look off even a $1 bill, unbelievable! Its a bank you handle so much money it should take you an instant to tell a real from a fake. Glad i dont come here often, just once in a while to deposit a check here and there. Dont bother keeping your money here!

  if you compare PSFCU with any major bank, you will know that this credit union is 10 times better with everything .... Thank you guys for being here, Thank you for excellent customer service

  I went there a few times and had only good experience with them. The service was fast, the staff was really helpful and everything I wanted was taken care of.

  Polish & Slavic, FCU. is a JOKE!!!! This Credit Union doesn’t know what a Financial Privacy Act is. My mom, during one of her visits said to me-I didn’t know you still owe this much on your house!!!! Mind you, she is not an authorized person on any of my accounts. The tellers and customer service share clients private information with random people. In addition, I know for a fact from a former employee, that if a client comes to the credit union and he or she is well dressed the employees go into the persons account to see what they do for living and how much $ they have. The kicker was, when I continued paying my mortgage, but fell behind on property taxes due to major health issues, I received a call from an employee who interrogated me. She bluntly said I don’t get how you can owe a rental property, and not pay your bills. I said how dare you speak to me in that tone, you have no idea what we are going through. I was in shock! The older staff is rude, bold and you are at their mercy, or so they think. And yes, mail and faxes get lost there, it’s like the Bermuda Triangle. I moved my business to another Bank, a real Bank that follows rules and does not share my personal finances with the general public.

  I can't scan my check with my cellphone and deposit it yet. When? All other banks have this option loooooong time ago...

  Been a member for a while, never have a problem. Staff is helpful and straight foward.
