  All my banking needs are fulfilled here. No annoying fees like in banks. Great people that remember you and don't treat you like just another account holder. Not sure why people still use banks.

  I have two loans through this bank, it will be the last. Horrible customer service. I can never get through on the phone, online login sucks. I wish I never opened a loan here. The very few times I can get someone on the line they tell me I have to come into the bank, which is difficult when you live 300 miles away. When when I get in the bank, no one seems to know what they are doing.

  I didn't use my account for a little so they emptied it and closed it . They told me there are fees for not using it . This place sucks

  Slow customer service. Interest rates are minimal on savings and big on credit cards. No membership benefits
