  This is by far the worst company for servicing your loan. The delusions of adequacy that are associated with this company are overwhelming. If you have an account with them get it transferred as soon as possible. This business is closely relatable to Judas and falls well short of being on your side and quick to point the finger and throw you under the bus. At no point in my entire life have I ever been so furious with a single company. The ineptitude starts at the top and trickles all the way down to the lowest level of employee. If this company was a life-form it would be a water bug dancing around on the surface of communication, satisfaction, and trustworthiness; see like a water bug it can never get to any depth. I have been dealing with this company since my loan was SOLD to them over 7 months ago. The communication issue at hand is ongoing, at first it was dealing with my payment then third party authorization now it's just gross negligence. I was told to submit a memo stating who my third party was and to include their contact information. I did as I was instructed. Keep in mind this was in November of last year. I call a few days ago because the lack of communication and records keeping negatively affected my credit score +80 points. While on the phone the representative told me they had no record of anything discussed prior or my name being tied to the account. Am I satisfied with how this company operates, HELL NO. Do I trust this company or should you trust this company, No because of the inabilities preform the simplest of task which may in turn be the most important.   I have a loan with this mortgage company since last 3 years and today(12/09/2020) approached them to reduce my mortgage rate as competitor giving 2% lesser than my current rate with around 2 k closing fee due to investment property. As soon as I have approached they run credit and matched the competitors rate but the loan amount on the quote increased by more than 8k+ from my existing loan amount. So I would never recommend this company for anyone looking for loan....period!
