  I never been a member of a bank that when the system goes down it stays down for over 24 hours. Can’t use my card, make purchases, or pay bills or transfer money. A few hours I get it but over 24 hours is totally unacceptable. Update so the system was down for a over 48 hours. Now today the third day the system is back up and now I see that my account is negative -$700. If the system wasn’t down so long and I knew what was going on with my account I would have been able to make the proper adjustments to avoid such a hard hit to my account. I called to ask if it was anything that can be done and don’t seem like anyone cares to help or at least to make the situation better. I have been a customer for over 8 years and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. Now someone thats living paycheck to paycheck has nothing until next check which I won’t have for another 2 weeks. Think I will be finding another company to bank with.

  If you bank here I suggest you withdraw your money and go to another bank. It has now been 2 days that their system has been down and I’m unable to pay my bills. To top matters off, I guess they decided that they are tired of hearing their members complain so much so that they haven’t even picked up anyone calls today. It’s is very unprofessional and I will no longer bank with them.

  Shameful institution beyond words. My husband was a member for more than 40 years until his passing. His last vehicle loan was paid off seven years ago. As his widow, I called PFCU to inquire why they still had a lien on his vehicle? Bottom line, no reason given and they refused to send a copy of the Letter of Release "because he's dead" - their words not mine. All other institutions including DMV accepted the Death Certificate as means of moving forward - not PFCU. Please look below to see their response. If nothing, there's your clue as to the character of the institution.

  I love PFCU. What is taking so long to get our Account Info? The website has been down almost a week. You can't get ahold of a Customer Representative on the phone. I hope they fix it soon🤨🤨🤨

  Great Customer Service: Special Kudos to Laura F. Whether it’s a simple deposit/withdrawal situation or something more intricate, I always receive great customer service here at the Upper Marlboro Branch. Just recently, I needed copies of years-old statements and numerous transactions that are no longer available for download via the website. It was a stroke of luck when my call was answered by Laura F. When I explained my dilemma, the solution was not immediately apparent, but Laura (while teleworking!) went above and beyond. She checked for and tried various potential solutions and did not stop until she was able to provide me with the data I needed, and in the exact format most useful to me. She was both patient and personable throughout the entire process, a real MVP.

  Been banking with this bank for almost 10 years superb customer service great interior inside the bank and the drive-through moves pretty fast I would not recommend any other bank beside this one!

  If you can use another bank, you should. The account web interface is inconvenient, the web bill pay is clunky, the bank still uses paper release forms that have to be delivered by hand, they hold deposits for 24 hours after USAA has already credited my other accounts. I will be going back to USAA immediately.

  I had to put money into a loan account and PFCU was a sister bank. The ladies at the drive thru were very helpful and patient with me for the fact I have never done this before. I was worried how my experience would be based on the ratings before hand thankfully I went there with a open mind and a good attitude and the whole experience was wonderful. Thank you for the all the help.

  My family and I have bee using the Police Federal Credit Union since 2012 and I am very happy with their customer service and member programs.

  Online banking wasupdated and changed without a notice sent to me. I was locked out of my account over a weekend. Horrible situation ti be in when I'm needed in to access MY money

I have been informed that our staff have worked with you to resolve your account access issues and hope you like the new system.
