  I went in to sale items my Italian silver necklace was told to me that it was not silver but a different metal but I listened to staff and gave it to Aaron who works there and told him to trash it . I wasn't thinking check on pictures of item to find out it was real and called them to get it back the boy told me he didn't know what he did with it ,so to me it seems like he kept it. I called now they are giving me the run around.

  I bought a tv here a week ago. I went in about 10 minutes before they closed to buy a tv they had. It wasn’t plugged in or anything and now I know why. First it took almost 20 minutes just to get something on the screen after I plugged it in. We first tried to connect to WiFi and it wouldn’t work. So I said it doesn’t work the WiFi is broken and the lady said no it’s just because we don’t have WiFi. I said ok. They eventually got a Blu-ray and played it. The mean while the guy was pushing us because it was passed closing time. As they were ringing me up they asked how I would pay and I said cash because we had talked earlier and they said they would give me a better deal. Which the same guy replied your deal is we are staying late to do this. As if it’s my fault you didn’t have the tv plugged in. The reason you didn’t have it plugged in is because of the error message that pops up an hour after you plug it in and doesn’t go away. Now I have to call LG and pay to have a tech come to my house to fix the tv. Not only was that guy very rude but now I’m stuck with a broken tv until I pay LG to come to my house to fix it. Which I’m assuming will cost a couple hundred. Don’t waste your time here. If you do buy from them check it out 100% before buying because you have to pay extra for the right to return something that is broken. They call it insurance. Don’t waste your time.

  When u ask a simple question to a guy on the phone about selling silver and get to find out the female manager wanna aggressively communicate “we don’t but silver” oh ok how we Finn a rectify what ur employee told me or the lack thereof-yea I’ll get more money out Rockville pawnshop anyway smh

  I went here trying to buy a necklace and got attitude's from more than one employee. How do you have an employee in training and they already have an attitude. Very unprofessional and rude. I really don't understand. I asked if one employee was busy and if not can she tell me the price of a necklace. I got immediate attitude and was told im in training you're going to have to ask someone else. I guess since i was in a pawn shop i deserve to be talked to any kind of way. Maybe because I am white, i'm not sure. But i know no one deserves that kind of treatment anywhere.

  I wish I could give this business ZERO STARS. I can’t understand how this place is still in business. I’ve never ever experienced such extreme rudeness, obnoxiousness, and unprofessionalism like this before. I called shortly before I arrived at the store and asked if they took external hard drives. The lady that answered the phone said that she wasn’t sure, but if they did, that I wouldn’t get much money for it. I came into the store anyway. When I got up to the counter, I told another lady that I would like to either pawn or sell a hard drive and that I didn’t know whether or not they took those. She said that they didn’t take them and proceeded to give me a nasty attitude and stared me down in the most rude and uncomfortable way. I made a face, because I was confused as to why she was staring in my face. After the three most uncomfortable seconds of my life, I walked away and out the door. Please do not go here. They are very rude. They will make you want to fight. I’m so appalled.

  They don't accept anything that's not up to date, if it is don't expect to get much. I brought in a brand new lgg4 but it had boot loop problem. My price was 100.I explained the issue, 75 for a technician to fix. But you probably know someone that can fix and then sell it for more. Dude was not to negotiate with

  Not a good place to go for a used laptop. The staff is not knowledgeable and most are not marked with the model number or generation so you can search the specs yourself. Also it may not be reset.
