  I was looking for a lender in the CT area and I went online and based on google and yelp reviews, found Polaris Funding Group as a highly reviewed and top rated firm. I went ahead with them and I wasn't disappointed at all. Robert was very professional and responsive throughout the process be it on weekends or late at night. He would explain all the minor things in detail and he will get you the best deal out there. I highly recommend Polaris Funding group for all your lending needs!

  Robert is amazing to work with! He makes everything simple and he is extremely responsive throughout the entire loan process. He is a straight shooter and will give you his best rate upfront.   Rob Szumilas was amazing! We were under a time crunch as we went under contract before even speaking to a lender. I found Polaris Funding on Bankrate.com and Rob responded immediately with a competitive and accurate quote. This was just the beginning. Being self employed, my file was going to take much more work than the average borrower. With a tight deadline, Rob knew we would need to get underwriting all the documents and information ASAP, and knew ahead of time what they would most likely be asking for. He was responsive, clear on communication and no nonsense-just what was needed. The loan and funding was approved on time without having to extend any deadlines. I am a real estate broker and am always open to know of good mortgage brokers. Rob works out of Florida and I am in Colorado. You would have thought he was just down the street.   Polarsis Funding Group is a fantastic mortgage broker company that goes all out to protect their client and give the best service possible. Robert Szumilas told me on my first phone conversation that I will get you a 15-year fixed mortgage and he got it all done in thirty days for my new construction home. Our builder DR Horton tried to do everything to make us go with their mortgage company even to the point that they wanted to cancel my contract when my loan was going through final underwriting approval the day before closing. Robert handle this situation with the builder and got me the best loan possible for our new home. I can't thank him enough for what he did for us. I highly recommend Polaris and their team for your home mortgage broker.

  My wife found Robert and the Polaris Group at a time when she wasn’t getting anywhere on a rate commitment with another broker. Robert promised us a better rate and ended up locking it down. And he paid lender fees! It really was a delightful process working with Polaris. Robert was forthright throughout. He didn’t just give us a pre-approval. He got us our full approval in short order so we could advance quickly to closing. And on our big day, the man himself and Polaris mortgage loan originator Violetta came up from Miami to CT for all the signing on the dotted lines. We couldn’t be happier.
