Pan Gean5I am so pleased with the assistance of Christian E. and George C. at the Citi Branch at 201 S Biscayne Blvd #100, Miami, FL 33131. They have gone out of their way to assist me with all banking matters and to make sure everything is to my satisfaction. This Citi branch is lucky to have them.

Joe HARB5Very nice location and a real beautiful branch. I came in with a number of issues hoping to solve on that day. I work The whole week and have little time to attend to my own personal matters. I asked to speak to an associate and waited for less than a minute before the associate showed up. The Gentleman 's name was Christian. Christian assisted me with all I needed to know, he also went above and beyond to make sure I follow the appropriate steps to get the best results possible. Overall my visit was great due to mainly the care the above associate showed. Highly recommended. Well done Citibank

Dennis Pierri5Excellent branch, very helpful, kind and professional staff. There are two ATM inside which take deposits on checks and bills. The decoration and general architecture of the branch is breathtaking, looks more like a museum than a bank branch. Also, top of the line customer service.

Adrian Marshall1I have been trying unsuccessfully, for two consecutive days, to get someone to answer my telephone call at this branch. I have also gone through the customer service call centre, who also tried on several occasions to get hold of someone at this bank, no such luck. This is downright ridiculous. To boot, I am supposed to have access to a CitiGold Relationship Manager, can't get through to her either - via telephone or email - her email returns an error message. What is the point of having this feature? In this era of technological advancements, it appears that this is the best service I should expect from such a large organisation. Shame on you.

Xochil Hernandez1Horrible Customer Service. The teller assisting me, Ms. Rose Mcdonalds, apparently was new and when i asked to speak to a manger she went and got a nother teller, Alexandra Vinces, which didnt even get up from her teller window to assist. When i asked Alexandra id she was a manger she saud no shes a head teller. I asked Rose why didnt she just get me a manager when i asked. So she went to look for one. Then came Solymar Difo which again no help at all she didn't even look at my account or try to assist me her simple answer was no. When i asked if she was a manager she said yes. However when i asked for her business card because I was furious with her response of "I don't know what you understood from the Customer Service but its not true" Her Card says "Personal Banker". I NEVER GOT TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER IT SEEMS LIKE ONE IS NOT EVEN AT THE BRANCH. I had to call the 1-800 to find out she is indeed not a manager and no one at this branch even tried to help me instead they just tossed me around to however they can find to get me out of there. I AM SO CLOSE TO CLOSING MY CITIBANK ACCOUNT. NO ONE SEEMS TO HELP OR GET AN ANSWER. EVERYTHING IS JUST A RUN AROUND

Monica Johnson1My experience with the merchant services of CitiBank was terrible. The person who sold me these services was called Marisol Aramburu and I can tell she is/was the worst professional ever. Once she sells you the merchant services (First Data) she won't answer your calls anymore. This well-known bank should not have this kind of unprofessional people representing it. Worst experience ever!

Mark Cogan2I maintain a large minimum deposit in Citi in order to have foreign ATM fees returned to my account. However Citi does not return those fees and the exchange rate they use is worse than any bank card I have seen. Using a City card overseas is like getting a payday loan.
