  Hands down the best Pawn Shop in Texas. They have helped me out more than anywhere I’ve ever been. They really give you the max money for your pawns. 20 out of 10!

  After reading the reviews I was almost certain this was a go to spot as I have a bunch of gold scrap and was curious to see what I could get from them and I went in there 20 minutes before closing time and gave A male employee some jewelry and he touched it to a magnet in front of me and then he proceeded to go Through these double doors into back with My gold in his hand without even asking me if it was even okay Then comes back a minute later claiming he had a stronger earth magnet in the back amd now offered me an insulting five dollars for what didn't stick to the magnet . To top it off it Had a pair of . 34 carat diamond stud earings in it that were real . Needless to say after being insulted and being rushed out of the store I now sit here in the parking lot flabbergasted looking through the bag not even recognizing some Of these Suddenly paired up earrings that I've never seen before . Not having visited too many pawnshops and without knowing the protocol that these people have I Sit here disgusted wondering what my next course of action is . I Pray that they monitor the employees with cameras to hold them accountable As I will be calling corporate in the morning .

We do in fact monitor all of the transactions in our store and we have complete video at all times in our location.   Everything was perfect! The staff was friendly and helpful, I got a great deal and the staff even carried my purchase to my car for me. What a great experience!
