  I found point equity doing a Google search for lenders who could help with a HELOC. Point Equity came up and I did my due diligence and checked them on Yelp. Nothing but positive responses and 5 star service! So I filled out their online form and received a call back the same day from Nick. I knew right away that I liked the company, I could not even get my own mortgage guy to call me back regarding a HELOC! Nick's service and attention to my needs was above and beyond good - it was fantastic. He helped me tweak a few things and got me positioned for a great rate and he never missed a call or failed to call me back when he said he would. I think this company has a bright future and I plan to work with them for all my home lending needs from this point forward!

  My husband and I are very pleased with the service we received from Alex Hamilton and Courtney Camarillo. They were both extremely professional and made our refinancing experience a painless one. We were very impressed on how prompt they were to answer any questions we had. Alex answered all of our questions about interest rates and is very knowledgeable about this business. Courtney processed all of the paperwork and was very quick to respond back to any questions. Both Alex and Courtney were very nice and easy to work with...and they both truly wanted my husband and myself to feel completely comfortable with the refinance decision.   These guys really have it down, from getting things done with a sense of urgency to giving their clients the best experience. Point equity takes a team effort from the start of process to the end. They are easy to communicate with and everyone is always on the same page. Its no surprise their clients rave about them. I personally love working with them and value the partnership we have.
