  We were able to purchase our very first home last October with the help from Dennis. It was a very stressful process for us since the buyer competition was outrageous however Dennis made it as smoothly as possible. He was knowledgeable, resourceful and helpful with all the questions we had, and helped us secure the best interest rate. Without his help we wouldn’t have been able to purchase this house.   Dennis is an amazing guy. For a first time buying a house it was pretty daunting and there were a lot of unknowns which make it pretty easy to be taken advantage of. Dennis was very straight forward, transparent and even suggested working with the builders [lender] to see if I could get a better deal (which the builder kept adding incentives two or three times after the rate was locked when he still couldn’t beat Dennis). Lastly if you work with Dennis even after you close he will still answer any questions you have about anything. He was always extremely responsive and hard working which showed. Will definitely be working with Dennis in the future, couldn’t recommend him enough.

  Our first experience with Dennis was in early 2019 when he worked with us on our new home loan. Dennis was very thorough, exploring our available loan options, and finding the right match for us. The entire process was extremely positive - he made the process fun and exciting; providing expert leadership, guidance and recommendation. His direction helped us to increase our credit rating and lower our final loan rate by over 2 points. He kept in constant communication through the entire purchase process. I have never worked with anyone in finance as professional, dedicated to our success, and passionate about what he does. I have worked on home loans and refinance as a loan officer personally - I know the challenges that are faced by the loan officer during the process; but Dennis does all that seamlessly, without adding any stress - he just makes it happen! On July 28, 2020, I contacted Dennis again to handle a refinance of our home, lower our interest rate, and convert to a 20-year loan. Dennis immediately started the search, found and presented the best options for us, and initiated the refinance process. On August 21, 2020, we signed the loan documents for the refinance - literally less than 30 days from start to finish, with absolutely no issues or surprises! Dennis is by definition the "Superman" of finance! The lower interest rate and loan life of 20 years saved us over $50,000 interest while lowering our mortgage payment by over $100 per month!   Dennis helped us get our first loan for our first home. Even when he wasn't able to assist us, he still lead us in the right direction and had colleagues assist. For that reason, when we went to refinance, Dennis is who we trusted and will keep going back to whether for this home or our next home. He's very professional, prompt and is always realistic about the expectations. He will answer texts and calls even after business hours to help calm the nerves.
