      3rd Golden1 I have tried today. 10 people in line with 2 tellers open... Have watched at least 6 customers walk in and leave when they realize they don't have time to wait for 25 minutes to deposit a check. Have been a customer for years. Seriously considering leaving for another credit union.

      All I have to say is that people dont want to be judged by the amount of money they have in their accounts. We look for trustworthy banks we can rely on to save and invest to be able to provide for our families. I lost faith in Golden 1 and it could of just been one representitve fault for not correcting a simple issue but my core values in trusting what I believe in has never stirred me wrong. I will avoid Golden 1's horrible customer service in the future by simply not banking with them. Trust your gut, follow the smiles and not the money!

      This was the most ridiculous bank session i've ever been a part of. Ooened an account online and went in the branch to finish opening the account. They said they couldn't help me because I did it online. Then they wanted proof of residency, so card, a utility and ID. I've never been asked a single thing except ID when opening an account in person. Worst custo.er service as well which I won't get into. They just lost 4 members and millions of dollars today because of me.

      Andrew Miracle, Member Service Specialist III came through again with flying colors as he assisted me and my daughter with what had to be done with my accounts at the Golden 1 Ctedit Union relative to my recent established Living Trust. He knew exactly how to handle the transaction. Andrew is very knowledgeable. I was impressed. And he is always very professional and courteous. I trust him.       Never an issue with customer service and I'm usually in and out pretty quickly. I don't know if I get lucky with the day and times I go in but it's always smooth. Everyone has been professional to me and respectful

      To the lady manager? With the blonde hair you have horrible people skills and need to revalue how you treat people it’s not your place to question why I need to get another account and card and tell me having one person in front of me is to long of a wait and it be easier for you guys to call me 30 minutes later which you never did on top of not filing my paperwork that has all my information on it it’s been almost a week now I know this cause I have contacted member services to anyone that comes to this location I seriously hope you don’t have to deal with this same issue or anything at all

      Never again ! Rudest front of house. Completely unprofessional . Its a good thing i go to the golden one on Douglas and Santa Clara otherwise I would be pulling all of my accounts with this branch. No one should ever talk to customers with the amount of attitude the larger lady with glasses does. I almost felt racially profiled. Deffinately I ng a ticket with Corporate.
