  I'm happy to be a member of point breeze credit union. They have very good customer service, are helpful, timely and basically everything a typical bank is not. Their checking and savings accounts are free. No monthly maintenance fees. So glad I came here.

  Recently visited my credit union on Philadelphia Court. I am so amaze with the level of customer service. The bank teller who assisted me, I believe her name was Alidalin Lemereis, was just outstanding. She went above and beyond to assist me in obtaining my original goal for visiting the credit union personally. What impressed me even more, it didn’t just stop at the counter, she secured assistance to make sure everything was accurately done on her end to prevent me from experiencing any issues later. To show how much they care about their customers, as I was driving away, I received a call from Donna who confirmed that the transaction was received by her department and that I had nothing to be concerned about . This really made my day. To receive this level of customer service in today’s world, that’s impressive. Thank you, Point Breeze, for a wonderful banking experience. I would tell anyone; Point Breeze really cares about their customers.

  Anyone associated with Ronald B. Katz will get a 1 star review from me. My loan was sent into default when I never missed a payment and over paid each month. If I would've know I was going to be sent to default I would have just paid the loan off, which is what I did. Instead I had to pay Mr. Katz $3k in attorney fees when all he did was banter me the whole process. Mr. Katz goes down as the all time most unprofessional lawyer to ever step foot on this earth. (GOAT of worst lawyers) Mr. Katz called me a liar countless times over the phone (Of course never in writing), belittled me, gave me his opinion, which was not asked for and much more. To sum it up, Mr.Katz just isn't a good person and should never speak to people the way he does. He represents PBCU and needless to say they lost a customer because of this Buffon. Proved you wrong Mr.Katz and no need to say sorry for your actions! It's really a shame. Best, Justin Shaffer

  I love the bank my husband and I have been with them for many years we have personal and business accounts with them even loans and all that but I will say every single time I deposit cash through the drive thru they tell me the amount I state I have is off by atleast 100.00 and not only one time but over 3 different times this has happened over the course of a year I avoid the drive thru at this location in Rosedale at all costs this is so crazy to me today was my last straw if I go inside or to the ATM my money is right it's sad especially during covid times

  I WAS a member of point Breeze credit union for along time I join when I had my job with kenwood child care. I first thought they was the best they are the best when your credit it in tip top shape i have paid off personal and i brought cars from them .they were ok until i fell behind and my payments they did not tried to help me they took my car then tried to take my house they di not tried to even tell ways that I could save my house .I felt if I was a white woman I may have been treated different . I sold my house in a short sale the donr want me to get any thing from the said they don't even care of t the struggle I've been through ad long as they got there money they did not care i will never recommend any one to join them .that is so said they even rush and close my bank acco7 .this is so said in it let you see that we as black Americans still have a long way to come.

  I moved to Ohio a couple months ago and I thought I'd let everyone know how hard it is to find a decent bank. I miss this bank so much.. Everything was great about it. Mobile app has up to date features, online banking is so streamline and wonderful, and depositing cash is the easiest and fastest experience I've ever had with a bank. I wish there was a point breeze in Columbus.

  Been using PBCU for many years. Recently they started providing a security officer at one of the locations I use frequently. With the way the world is today it is nice to have an officer present while I am making financial transactions. All of their staff including the security officer are always professional and courteous to me and my family while there. Thanks PBCU for being my go to bank.
