  Working with Abraham was one of the easiest experiences I've had with a mortgage broker. He was very patient with us while we collected paperwork to get the process started but once we were ready, he was firing on all cylinders. From the moment we took the app, it was as if we were the only clients that mattered even though I know how busy he truly was. He promptly answered questions, delivered paperwork, and closed our cash-out refi in what I would consider record time. I especially enjoyed the explanation videos, regular communication, use of e-signatures and the overall simplicity of the process. I highly recommend Abraham and would absolutely use him again for my own future mortgage needs. No doubt in my mind.

  I am absolutely stunned by the level of service I received from Abraham at Poiema Lending. I had previously done all my VA mortgage business with one of the biggest VA lenders I was generally happy with their services and thought they were giving me a good deal. I saved over 9k with Abraham and also got a much better rate. Abraham went above and beyond what I thought a lender would ever do. I now call him MY mortgage guy.   This was the best refinance or house purchasing experience I have had. Abraham called me out of the blue to offer me rates after BECU ran my credit score for a refinance. I spoke with him and decided to give him a chance because his interest rates were so much better. I am so glad I did. He is extremely responsive and professional. It was a super easy and fast process. He helped take care of everything, I got a great rate, cash out and closed within 3.5 weeks with an appraisal and everything. I highly recommend working with Abraham he is great. He will go above and beyond for you!
