Ryan Cassady1Completely outdated branch and Bank. Very poor customer service at this location. Employees here will ignore you and then tell you to use the App instead of visiting their branch, even when the place is empty. Just a total lack of care for customer support. Have spent far too much time and frustration here to continue banking with them.

Taylor Faires1Was in line at the drive though waiting 15 minutes before they closed. The teller was so slow they couldn’t get through the two cars ahead of me before closing time. The teller closed the blinds and turned off the lights before the car in front of me was done with their transaction. Refused to help me. Worse customer service than McDonalds next door.

Oleg Doukhnevitch1This branch is very bad with follow up and everything they promise you to do. When I stop by in person , I ordered checks in a branch with the branch manger, and ask him to get rush as important to my business to receive a check book soon. He got in person all my information and advises as I'm going to receive checks soon. Three weeks latter, I follow up on my order with this branch and a teller advice as they have no idea where the check, I never received, and they offering to start the process all over again. I will not recommend this branch for business.

Evan Thompson1I deal with many US bank branches and typically they are accommodating and truly helpful, but this branch is full of people with horrible attitudes, unwillingness to help, and truly rude. I have visited this branch multiple times giving them the benefit of the doubt but after my last visit it is confirmed, this is by far the worst US Bank branch I have visited. As this is the closet branch to my house I will now, unfortunately; have to drive 10-15 minutes farther just to avoid the deep frustration this branch causes. I don't know what else to say. Stay away from this branch at all costs, or switch banks if this is the only branch that is convenient for you to visit. I hope this review saves someone the hassle of dealing with unhappy, rude, self-righteous, unaccommodating staff this branch employs. [To the one middle aged, shoulder length blonde haired teller (second from the left normally), you are great and I apologise for what you must have to put up with while working with the rest of your co-workers. I truly wish you the best!]

Baskeldo1The absolute worst bank to deal with. I end up having issues every time I try to cash my paycheck here. They are constantly telling me that my check has not been added to positive pay by my employer even though it has, and I end up wasting endless time just to get my paycheck cashed

Diana5I have been going there for 3 years. I absolutely love the staff and have never had issues. They have gone above and beyond for me in many transactions. They even have toys and lollipops for my kids in the lobby. Needless to say my kids would give it a great review too.

mike willard1I was in this branch Saturday October 18th at about 10:30. I normally come into this branch every Friday to cash my payroll check, due to it being a US Bank check. I would rather pay 5 dollars (which is rediculous considering its your check)than wait 2 days for it to clear at my bank. I had knee surgery on Monday, so it makes really difficult to get around. I went through the drive through hoping it would save me from getting out of the car. They said they couldn't help me at the drive through due to me not having an account at US Bank. "You will have to come in to take care of this" is what she said. I told all three of them in the drive through about my situation, with no concern to them. The guy in the red golf shirt didn't even apologize or say a word when I came in. Same with the Asian girl, in all black. Both of these individuals where at the drive through when i came through.They looked at me like I was the burden. Didn't explain why they couldn't help me at the drive through when I came in. In other words, your customer service is a .01 out of 10. I would rather wait 2 days for my check to clear, than ever set foot in any US Bank again. Thanks for nothin. Mike
