Staff is always kind and pleasant, always get greeted at the door. I have no gripes except the fact that they are almost always understaffed. I find myself waiting around for a good while when I walk in sometimes. This part is directed towards management, don't take this as your employees aren't working fast enough because they are doing a damn good job. I always have a great experience when it comes to working with the tellers. You speed them up, you stress them out and everyone loses. Hire more people.

The tellers that work here are miserable and do whatever they can to hold up your finances and time. I come in every other week with the same checks from the same people and constantly treated like they can’t cash the checks (300 check total with 2000 sitting in liquid assists in my account... I have the funds to cover the check) The canton branch never treats me this way and happily cashes my check without ANY questions. Take a note from canton where they actually treat people like customers. This is the only branch I’ve ever been out where I deposit cash and the teller puts it in so a hold is placed on my cash making it unavailable until the next day. Generally when someone wants cash in their account it’s because they want immediate credit! I was forced to transfer money out of savings and then back 24 hrs later all because of a teller not wanting to do what would help the customer. Not a big deal but creates chaos for customers where if the women had just put it in as cash like I asked then I wouldn’t have had to juggle funds around. No compassion for the people your waiting on. If you don’t enjoy your job DONT TAKE IT OUT ON THE CUSTOMERS.

Terrible branch to go to because they are understaffed and they act like they don't care. I shouldn't have to wait in line when it's just me and the customer in front of be who's already being waited on. At least one more other teller should havs been open. I've been with PNC for over 3 years now but this is enough for me to consider switching banks. Especially since this is the closest and most convenient branch for me to visit, from my house. Hopefully they get it together.

The staff are friendly, there is almost nobody ever in line and in my case a bank statement takes about 2 mins to print and get. The atm did at one point not accept cash deposits but they fixed that. Overall pretty fast and nice

The staff is wonderful and everyone there is friendly. Yes, there can be a wait sometimes, but then again, life is a waiting game. The wait times are never unbearable and if you go on a Friday when it's pay day, what do you expect?
