  Absolutely the most ridiculous bank to bank with. I work at a repair facility and we did an insurance job for a client. The client came to pick up her vehicle and we noticed the check provided by her insurance was addressed to her and not the repair facility. No big deal, as we see the check is from PNC bank. We will just get them to issue a cashiers check to us. WRONG. The lady wanted to charge my client 2% of the total check to cash it! It would’ve been close to $400! Absolutely baffled at their lack of care and understanding. The check was from them, and in order for us to change the name essentially, they were going to charge 2%??? Wow. Stay away.

  I never had had a challenge with them They are a full service bank The ATM is inside the lobby which is a plus Plenty of parking here and convenient location so you can bank and walk to many types of stores

  I used the automated teller at this location to submit the refinance check on my car loan. It has been an absolute time consuming nightmare with errors being rectified nearly a month later. I would simply advise to NOT use for services pertaining to those circumstances. The staff is friendly and willing to help with use of the automated banker.

  Great Customer Service, and amazing promotions right now. 24/7 ATM and a new virtual teller that looks and feels great. My wife and I are originally from Michigan and have had our PNC account for awhile. Now we can switch back fully and have access locally.

  Thank God this is here now! I moved from Florida and didn’t want to switch banks because I love PNC. This location is a walk in, regular bank but you can always access the ATM. This is fantastic as I can finally deposit money/checks into my account. I couldn’t do that before with a regular ATM. So glad!

  Amazing customer service! There is no drive thru but they have awesome ATM. Branches all over east coast so best long term bank to have
